ALL ABOUT VISHWAKARMA COLLEGE.

I am more interested in chemistry than any other subject and apart from chemistry is my favorite subject. So I choose chemical engineering at Vishwakarma government college. The ratio between faculty and students is 1;40. But it is fun studying there. Faculty are very friendly to us, students love to attend lectures . They are very helpful as well. They teach very well and with practical knowledge. With new technology, they always try to cop Up with smart boards and smart tv for students. Terms exams are taken regularly for a period of 6 months and mid-exams are taken once a term. Class tests are regularly taken.

From the 8th semester, the student is eligible for campus placements. No there is not a single company that visited and back with no offers. Vgec has the best student also. 21 lacs per annum is the highest package the company offered. An average placement is around 8 lakhs per annum. Almost all the students get placed in placements. So 98% of students get placement. I have planned for gathering some experience from placement companies and see myself as a senior manager in 6 years in a big chemical company.

As you know Vishwakarma government engineering college is a government college, so fees per term are only 1500 rupees. You can get a job on-campus interview. As vgec is popular for placements in campus interviews. Many companies come here every year like Reliance, tata, torrent, and many it companies.

There were many tech fests and cultural fests conducted in our college. Codding marathon Vishwa Sanskrit chemotsav tech Utsav is conducted in alternate months. There are many books and journals available in the library. There are no books available in the library for engineering students. Classrooms are very high-fi Cricket, football, kabaddi, basketball, badminton, and many more sports fest and competitions are conducted in our college. Ncc and nss community help students in improving themselves.

If u want to take admitted in any government college of Gujarat, you have to give ''gujcet'' exam and 12 standard. And Vishwakarma is the most popular government college in Gujarat. Gujcet and 12 boards marks will be merged and merit rank will be provided by acpc (government website). You can find the application form in acpc (admission committee for professional courses) website in any browser. And application form will charge approximately 1500 rupees. It is a government college so reservation benefits are available. Like obc,st,sc has more chance to get in college than any other caste bcoz of their high merit rank in acpc. Hostel fees are very low. Term fees are very low. No, I don't think acpc needs any type of improvement in the admission process. But I think students should be very conscious at the time of form filling . Many students make mistakes and they don't get the college they deserve.
