Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is up-to-date. The course will provide you an opportunity to gain and enhance your skills. I compared the course plan with other Universities throughout the world and found it perfectly ordered. Faculties are best here(there are exceptions but overall it is best). Mostly all Faculties are PhD holders from well-known Universities.
Internships Opportunities
Still, I'm in my Second year and didn't get any Internship but yeah I've attended many boot camps in SPSU itself. But they provide Internship from 3rd year onwards. Many of our seniors have already got their Internships.
Placement Experience
Placements can be better if we students will improve our skills rather than just passing the exams. From 7 sem you are eligible to sit in Placements interviews. Last time a company offered 18 lakhs package but nobody couldn't Crack it(anyway it was a COVID batch)
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is pretty much simple. There is an academic fee of Rs1.7 lakhs per year for any BTech course. And if you are willing to have a specialized degree you have to pay accordingly(like I'm doing a specialized course in AI & ML with industry collaboration so I need to pay 25k extra per annum). The hostel fee is 45k per sem for non-AC accommodation and 70k for AC rooms. You have opportunities to have a scholarship on academic fees through SPSAT and 12th, 10th marks.
Campus Life
Here at SPSU we have best campus life. Our college infrastructure is very well maintained and clean. Our library has more than 10k books. If you didn't find any book you can surely find it on E-library just talk to a librarian. We have full wifi campus for connectivity and 24×7 hour power backup. There are more than 15 clubs, if you interested to join any kindly talk to club authorities. Tech and cultural fest are conducted every year.
Admission
The admission process is pretty simple. You just need to fill out an online application form and then the Admission team will contact you and explain to you for further details. You have to give an entrance exam(named SPSAT) for admission as well as scholarship schemes. The Admission team will provide a time slot and login credentials for the SPSAT exam. Then you have to visit the campus for document submission and verification.
