I had given UPSEE exam, a state level engineering entrance exam. My rank is 17,658(general rank). In 12th , my interest is in electromagnetism section of physics subject, which attract me in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. In this rank (17658) top colleges of Delhi NCR is opened for this course, IMS Engineering College is on of best engineering college in Delhi NCR, which provides better platform for fresher's to explore their skills, that's why I select this college.

B.Tech is 8 semesters course, my branch in this course is Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In IMS Engineering College better lab facilites, discipline , Guidance & strict attendance criteria , which makes this college to stand in top engineering college. Infrastructure of college is not so good. IMS engineering college provides B.tech degree in computer science engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, Information technology and Bio technology. Lab facilites are good for this courses. Many core companies are visited for Placements in their particular courses.

No our college does not provide any internship . It provide only summer training for a month which is held in college campus. Ministry of human resources department provide a training & certificate programme for a month.

TCS is major recruiter company, package is 3.33 lakh. Presently for 2016 batch, Total 163 students placed in TCS.Indian Army shortlist 156 student for SSB in campus by UES(University entrance scheme) .IBM,Infotech, tech mahindra are recruiter's for computer science & information technology student.Samsung, Airtel, HCL visit for Electronics and communication .Coca cola, thyseen core companies visit for Electrical and Electronics Engineering.Coca cola , Bosch, kamdhanu are recruiter's for mechanical engineering.

1. Tech fest :- It is a college level live project exhibition quiz for all branch and for every year student . To participate in this quiz screening is done by college faculty team under director of college. Moto of quiz is to enhance the practical knowledge of student. 2. Chakrvua:- A national level sports quiz is organized every year ,more than 150+ college participate in this quiz from all over India. 3.Technical quiz & Cultural Quiz:- So many technical and cultural quiz are organised in college at inter or intra level .

Samaj kalyan vibhag provides scholarship program for all students of engineering , which have domicile of UP. College also provides 5,000 rupees for branch topper and 10,000 rupees for college topper.

Boys & girls are 70/30 ratio per 100 students.Regular seminars are held for every branch on last Saturday of month.Workshop for robotics, PLC, embedded systems ,Pcb etc are done by college. Fresher's and farewell party are also done for fresher's and super seniors. Cultural quiz and events are done in fest & quizzes. Any one is not discriminate according gender, race, religion. College have also students group like Humans, ENvincibles,SPANDAN,etc which increase the soft skills of students by doing campaign,debates, Group discussion and technical , cultural and sports quiz.

Hostel facilites and mess facilites are better than other colleges .Hostels are available in 2 or 3 seaters .Hostel are Wi-Fi enabled , water cooler facilites , better infrastructure of hostel and good food quality.For 2 seater 70,000 rupees and for 3 sea

Alumni network is better, college provides a social site which is link with your Facebook account. In this you can take guidance , suggestions and feedback by your alumni. College have also student group which is driven by seniors groups are HUMANS, SPANDAN, ENvincibles in which we can interact with Seniors. This are skill development groups which conduct many programmes in college or in outside.

Faculty is not so good, an average rating I give for faculty section of our College.Some faculties are good & some have less knowledge of teaching skills, So overall it is an average response from faculty side. All Faculties are also not using projectors
