- GTBIT has poor infrastructure.Only 3 blocks.
- No ACs at all. Labs have AC but don't work too fine.
Course Curriculum Overview
Though I wanted to do something in cybersecurity so I've chosen B.Tech in IT. Though it's a minority college so it has 70% Sikhs. Teachers are good, some are very dedicated. Since midterms and end terms has set by the university so all colleges of GGSIPU who has B.Tech, has the same question paper.
Fees and Financial Aid
GTBIT isn't very costly. It's an affordable college, very cheap. You can get a scholarship here through a ratio card, income certificate, or EWS certificate. You won't get internships here you've to apply for them by yourself.
Campus Life
The annual fest here which hasn't held in the last 3 years because of Covid. There are a lot of hackathons. The Library and book bank are good. There's AC in classes but some classes don't have. There are lots of clubs and societies which are very good and famous.
Admission
I got admission to this college through JEE mains. Since GTBIT is a Sikh minority college, so its average percentile isn't very high. Then got applied for ipu counseling. There are 3 counseling and 2 spot rounds. They don't inform us about allotted college we've to check site every time.
Other Applied Colleges
Vellore Institute of Technology - [VIT University] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Mechanical Engineering)
