another era in my life

we had some great faculties. we had got some great knowledge. but the management is very poor. any official work was always delayed. but overall the experience is great. one of the best of my life.

university entrance exam. ranked 38th. selected in first counselling for subject comparative literature

course structure is very good. firstly we got the basic concepts and history of the subject. the syllabus cover the world literature of every time from ancient to postmodern. there were lots of interesting papers, like literature and other arts, cultural studies etc to.carry on further studies and research. lots of projects to do. few of them I also completed like Bengal of 19th century, Muslim culture, marshiya tradition and literature. we had lots of elective course as option. I took film studies as elective paper. there was lots of interesting papers like film theory, history of cinema, film language etc.

no college did not provide internship. but we can work with the researchers as a part time. we can work as part timer in a research project

not very much. placement procedure is not good. few companies come. placement procedure is also irregular. even in some year no company comes. placement strategy are not good. it works very inefficiently. but some companies like for translation and other jobs come. few placements are done at that time.

we have lots of programs through out the year. freshers, fest. we have festivals for three times in a year.also we have sports competition, literary events, dance drama program as part of the projects also not the part of the projects. annual meetings, ceremony, debate program, film festival, seminars on special issues etc.

it is completely feasible. semester fees are only fifty rupees and we have to pay rs. 950 in every year as a yearly payment. it is completely in the range for a standard middle class family. no extra fees are taken for any other purpose. study material also given for free and we have unlimited access to library for study. library fine is also very reasonable. so it has very good fees structure for ordinary people

yes. particularly for researchers very good scholarship is given. but the number is very few. and competition is also very high. but number of scholarship is less than other departments.

best thing of college life. awesome campus. lots activities to do. sports club, drama club, film club, debate organization, magazine, literature. lots of things for refreshments. you can do anything you want you wish. lots of workshop are arranged through out the years. but management of these recreation activities is not good. lack of consistency, poor arrangement is a common characteristics of this thing.

hostel facilities are also very good. enough no of hostel seats. thousands of students can stay in the hostel. every necessary services is available like electricity, water, room service and these are done properly and regularly. hostel fees are very minimum and reasonable.

exam structure is very smooth and it doesn't create any pressure on us. semester exam structure with internals. two internals are taken in the time span of six months as it's semester based. we have also gotten opportunity to clear the back paper. projects and library facilities are also very good.

Through counselling. every students were called rank by rank.if there were no student of particular rank then next student was called out. total seat was 55. and also there was two list. luckily I got the chance in the first list and got admitted. in admission process all the certificates and mark sheets were checked. no subject specified questions were asked. some formal questions were asked. after that we got the instructions about course fee structure and how we have to do that. how we would fill up the form etc. after the procedure we got admitted

awesome faculties. we got guidance for every instances. may be Technic of some teachers were boring. but we had some great teachers who gave us excellent knowledge, perception. they changed our way of thinking. our life style we had gotten sufficient classes to complete syllabus. also extra classes for more understanding. lots seminars. lots of questions answers based classes. even in the evening
