Way of teaching, extra knowledge courses rather than syllabus, importance for all other extra curricular activities like badminton, volley ball, throwball etc.

Dislikes

They keep mcq's for semester as seperate session after the exams. It was very disgusting

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this to base as an accountant or financier and even for banking management. Faculties in the department are good they allow you to express your knowledge and talents. Most of the faculties have completed Ph.D. and teaching is very much good. They conduct three internal exams per semester so it will be very easy for you to attend the semester exams.

Class Size: 74Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Recently McKinsey has offered an intern role for our college students for visual graphics and media role. The internship is for two months and the stipend is 25k per month (including pf). Any stream student can opt for the intern role by clearing the assessment and interviews.

Placement Experience

After the 4th semester placement training is given for all the students. From the 5th semester students are eligible to attend placement interviews. Companies like McKinsey, hcl, TCS, amazon, and many others are recruiting from this college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure was reasonable. For b.com it's from 55,000-57,000. You can pay it in three installments. There are many scholarships available for sc&bc students and even for students with single parents.

Campus Life

There are many clubs viz., Heritage Club, outreach club, women's empowerment club, book club, etc. There vast number of books and journals available in the library and they have a digital library set up. Rotaract club is run by the students basically.

Admission

Basic cut off 80% in HSC. If you want to opt for b.com A&F and honors you should have taken business maths in your group. You can find the application form on the SDNB VAISHNAV COLLEGE website. No need for any improvement.

Best friendly college with quality education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students get campus placements. Highest ever is 80LPA i think from deloit or KMG. Mostly students get placements about 75% get placements. My plan after getting degree is clear CA inter and finals.

A view on recent days MCC

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.

From the 5th semester onwards the management made various efforts to conduct oncampus And they made it. Some companies which visited our campus is tata groups , vindhya e infomedia, wipro etc. Highest package offered is 3,00,000 per annum most probably 80 % of students placed. My plan after degree is to place in good reputed company.

In our college, mega campus interview happen and all south college students participated in our college campus interview Some campus interview companies are LIC, Muthoid finance, and HDFC. 20% of people were selected in campus interviews. After my degree, I going to do CA intermediate exam and attend some government exams.

Positive is good atmosphere and campus Negative is we can’t enjoy the campus because whenever we cut a class the department cut our international mark and we can’t write exam without 75% mark
