Course Curriculum Overview
I am interested in chemical engineering that's why I choose the chemical engineering branch. In the chemical engineering branch, there is around 4 professor and around 20 PhDs. All professors are well educated from different IITs. I don't think so there was any difficulty in passing any exams except a few subjects.
Internships Opportunities
For internship companies to students ratio is less but placement is good enough. For internship, many gov companies also visited like railways, DRDO, ONGC, and IGL. Coming to your point -for getting an internship at MMMUT u have to consult the faculty under which u would be doing an internship. But In most of cases, teachers are so busy that talking to them about internships is like wasting their time, also u will not get much exposure here. No doubt that the faculty here is brilliant but there is something called innovation and exposure in research that would be lacking here.
Placement Experience
In the third year students are eligible for campus placement. In Mammut more than 200+ companies visit every year. Highest package - 50 lpa Microsoft, Average package - 7lpa, The percentage of students who get placement is around 70 to 80 %, My plan is to get a good placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Govt scholarship is given to all students whose father's income is less than 2lpa. All 4 years you got a scholarship. No issues for general and SC St but there was a criterion for OBC students for OBC there is a criterion that is a minimum of 60% in results.
Campus Life
There are 2 annual fests abhiuday and Techsrijan which were held in May. In the case of the library in mmmut a central library is present which covers almost all the books. In sports, there was a bright future for students. Aayas a sporting event where all the games were played. In the chemical branch, there was a club named IICHE MMMUT STUDENT CHAPTER.
Admission
For the B.Tech admissions at MMMUT, candidates are required to appear for JEE Main examination and participate in the counseling conducted by the institute for final seat allotments. For regular BTech admissions, JEE Main 2022 exam will be conducted on June 20-29 and July 21-30. Eligibility and fee structure for Btech, Btech 90000(1st year fees), 10+2 with 55% + JEE MAINS.
