College management is pretty good in maintaining discipline in campus.Sessional tests are held regularly and efficiently.The college library is well maintained and has proper and big area for studying.It has several latest journals and books are also offered to students for 10 days to study.So overall it's a good private college.

I Got 8000 rank in UPSEE exam and got a fee waiver seat in MIET. I liked mechanical engineering so I took it .

Course curriculum is very good as it has been prescribed by AKTU.The balance between theory and practical subjects os well maintained.The course is well structured and it includes all the important sections in detail.that is the reason why many of the students perform well in competitive exams like GATE,ESE and others.

MIET jas been in association with IBM and Wipro to provide internships.But no mechanical companies are associated to college as such. The companies came were - 1.TCS 3.3Lakh package 2. Wipro 3.2 Lakh package Mechanical companies like - Asahi glasses 2.3 lakh package,Sriram pistons and many more companies came. My college os also associated with AmCat and CoCubes for hiring of students.

The placement in computer science was more than 80% but in other branches and in Mechanical Engineering it was very low .50 students out of 220 Mechanical students were placed. The companies came were - 1.TCS 3.3Lakh package 2. Wipro 3.2 Lakh package Mechanical companies like - Asahi glasses 2.3 lakh package,Sriram pistons and many more companies came.

Many events occur in my college some of them are- 1.Robomania : Inter college Robotics competition participants from Delhi,punjab also came in it. 2 Kolahal: it's an annual college fest but many other colleges too join in. 3.In 2016 A concert of Bohemia and Sukhi was held in college. 4.Many technical and management seminars are held every now and then.

Fee structure is very much feasible in comparison to other college of NearBy ranks. For b. Tech course fees is approx 1.2 lakh per annum and Hostel is available in about 55000 per annum feeswhich includes hostel and mess facility.In addition to this theey charge 500 rupees more as convenience fees to take students to examination centres during semester exams.

College in collaboration with Punjab national banks provides Student loans.S scholarship by the government is also provided and it is equal to the Course fees which is 80000 at present.Fee waiver scholarship is also available under which 2 seats are there for every branch in which Course fee is neared by the government but it is given on the basis of rank in UPSEE entrance exam.

The campus is very big and clean with three grounds and one cricket ground.students can be seen playing various games in the evening time. there is also badminton and basketball courts. The gender ratio in college is normal except for mechanical department where 2 or 3 girls per 50 students are present. Hostel groups are made to conduct extracurricular activities like- Sanskriti -for cultural events Odyssey - literature events Majority of students are from west Uttar Pradesh and of high middle class backgrounds.

Hostel facility is pretty good and Mess food is average in taste and quality. Rooms are available in sufficient numbers.there are 2 hostels with 500 odd capacity. Rent is(food included)- 50000 for 4 seater 52000 for 3 seater 54000 for 2 seater 58000 for single seater

They have recently made a n alumni network in December 2016 and right now students are joining it so not much activity is going on it.but it seems a good platform for alumni,faculty and students interaction.

The college is affiliated toAKTU so semesters are held according to university schedule.Semesters are held every six months and the examination center os out of college but in meerut city only..in addition to this sessional exams are held ever two months which include practical exams and viva also.There are all the equipments in lab and labs are almost every day.The schedule is little hectic but they give weekdays off.

After getting MIET in my UPTU counciling I got a date to come to submit fees.Admission process is very simple.,you have to get the counselling letter to college and submit fee to get admission.t why will tell you the date of commencement of course and will also allot you a hostel.

The faculties assigned to Core subjects like Thermodynamics,fluid mechanics etc are very well qualified and are masters or PHD in their deciplines.But the faculties provided for other subjects like Sensor and instrumentation ,Chemistry etc are average but they are also having atleast Masters Degree.
