Honest review about amity and it's campus and pharmacy course

I choose this course as I wasn't able to qualify for neet examination as a doctor aspirants my next option was pharmacy There are 3-4 students for every course in the pharmacy department and some other subjects like evs maths and computer and behavioural sciences outside faculty are appointed Every teacher who teaches have a PhD and Dr in there respective fields some teachers explain very nicely some obviously it's everywhere some are average only There was 2 cts for 30-30 marks and assignments and presentation total worth of 25 internal marks and end sem exam of 75 marks a student should get a min of 50 marks out of 100 in addition of internal and end sem exam other wise the student is fail

7-8 semester students can get placements companies to visit and take an interview and all and offer you jobs that are campus placement As I am 4 sem student I don't have much knowledge about the placements but from what I have heard there are students who got 10.5 lakh per annum and 7.5 lakhs per annum and also students who got hardly 2 lakhs per annum which is super low There is 7cgpa criteria for sitting in campus placement students under that automatically get eliminated and the rest of the students are hardly a handful from which only 50% get the placement I have planned to pursue mpharm

The fee structure was 840000 for 4 years of the total course And the opportunity for the scholarship is very slim the student who secures 1 position gets a 90%scolarship 2 position gets 50%scolarship and 3 position gets 25% There is a scholarship based on 12 class result on merit if the 12 results are 90+ then 20% if the student have country-level experience in sports quota then 25% Fees hike policy is there will be an increment of 6000 rs every semester fee

There is amity youth fest with us quite famous and popular celebrities are invited as guests to visit the college The library is super big as some kind of mall you can see escalators and all sorts of books are available for every course and subject Classrooms have smart boards and ac which gets faulty quite sometimes and a projector There is an event every year called saangaatan where students of every course in the amity compete with each other in every game possible like basketball cricket volleyball etc There is a health club and a blood donation club

Hostels are quite crampy totally not worth the money 90000 for non-AC rooms and 150000 for AC rooms for a year rooms are quite small and in AC rooms there is only 3 hours morning and 3 hours night rule for using of ac The rooms are ventilated and have a fan and charging plugs Meals there are different messes and canteen all over the campus the prices of the canteen are way too much like a meal would cost around 300+ rs And in the mess, it is ok but has very limited food like one thaali has only 2 roti and 2 sabzis as a sturdy male who workouts I eat easily 8-9 rotis and there is no kind of additional roti or sabji refill system they only provide u with one serving only that too at an average cost of 70-80

The admission process was quite easy I applied for everything online You can find the applications on the official Amity website there was no such entrance examination in my case as I was a Corona admission student Everything was fine in the process of admission no problem
