Course Curriculum Overview
I choose mechanical engineering because I am very interested in machining uses and knowing parts and then assembling. In my 1st year batch, the total seat is around 858 and the total facility in college is around 80. The facilities are very educated and highly qualified but except for some facilities. The exam will be conducted 3 times with practical's which consist of 2 mid-sem and 1 end-sem exam. The pass is a little difficult because the professor checks the answer sheet very toughly and gives fewer marks In the exam. The syllabus is also more as compared to other universities.
Internships Opportunities
The internship of students is in 3rd year. Most of the students get the internship. Many of them get paid internships also. Reliance and Wipro give the students internship. The summer internship is also available for students.
Placement Experience
After 3rd year or 6th semester, students are eligible for placement. In the start of the final year, most get placed. The average placement is around 9lpa to 10lpa and the highest package this year is 44.5lpa. Wipro, Maruti Suzuki, reliance, party, Flipkart, Amazon, and Asian Paint comes.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fees for 1st-year students are 135000 with 25k hostel fees and 36k mess fees. The total fees for 4 years are around 7lakh. The fee hike was around 2017 when it become a university. But till its fees are same. This fee contains tuition fees, library fees, security fees, etc. There is no scholarship provided by the college but it provides through UP scholarship. But some selected students are having fee waiver students having financial programs and they don't give tuition fees which are around 75k.
Campus Life
Life is very good on campus because of so many activities like sports, and clubs. The sports like cricket, football, volleyball, table tennis, etc. are over there students can play. Many clubs in college may perform different activities like auto rob, aero club, ascpc, ecell, etc. Most of the clubs are run by the student's aero club, auto rob. The main library is Tagore Library, and the book availability chance is around 75 percent. The classroom's amenities are average.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel registration start after the admission or promoted like 1st year to 2nd year. The students who want a hostel register the hostel after the fee submission of the college and hostel. The hostel facility is too good and the mess is awesome and the food is so tasty. The mess is according to schedule which is decided by students.
Admission
Students have to give jee mains exam and by this they can get admission by JOSSA counseling or counseling by applying site of the university. The cutoff for CSE is around 30k rank and IT is around 37k. The cutoff for ECE is 45k, EE is 60k, chemical engineering is 90k and mechanical engineering is 110k for general. The reservation is also available for obc, sc, st, EWS, and PWD. I think no improvement see in the admission process.
