College management is good. College is great. One of the best engineering college in Bhopal. High chances for getting placed in this college.

I took PET entrance exam. I scored 67 in my PET. I took Information Technology branch because I always was interested in computers and coding.

Course curriculum is really nice. We used to have computer laboratory period daily where we used to practice our coding and do research. Teachers were always available for us. Students were allowed to go and clear their doubts with any teacher in staff room. We used to have Main exams, Assessments, Internals, Externals, Projects and Lot of assignments.

Yes, many companies comes to our college among which I got places in Tata Consultancy Services and my stipend was 3.16 lakh per annum. Around 115 students were places in TCS alone that year. TCS was the first day company after which many companies came for placement.

We used to have Many celebrations in our college throughout the year among which important ones are- Freshers, Tech Fare, Cricket Tournament, Farewell.

We used to have all sort of competitions in our Tech Fare which we used to have every year. Sports competition like cricket, Robotics, Debates, Coding-Decoding, Computer Games competition, Food stalls, Games everything was included in Tech Fare. We even witnessed few Prakash Jha’s film shootings in our college like Rajneeti and Aarakshan. Celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone came to our college for shooting. After shooting ended, Amitabh Bachchan sir was so impressed with the students that he organised special event in our auditorium for all the toppers students of their respective branch and recite “Madhushala” a book by Harivansh Rai Bachchan (Amitabh Bachchan’s Father). As I was also a topper so I too attended that event.

I was localize so don’t know about hostels much. I went to hostel couple of times to my friend’s room. Both single and double occupants room were there. My friend’s room was single and it was just okay. Not too big. About Mess food I don’t know much.

Our seniors were very cool. We first interacted with them in our freshers party which was very nice. Initially whenever we interacted with them at least one teacher used to be there to avoid ragging thing. We also filled anti ragging form or something in which we agreed that we will not support ragging at all. Seniors were good, even one the seniors shared me her notes also.

We used to have last two periods for labs which was good. It is not hectic at all. Before lunch theory subjects and after lunch labs.

After declaration of PET results I got my counseling date. We went to university for the counseling where they were calling us according to the score. Highest scorer were called first and then to decreasing order. As far as I remember there was TV where they were displaying current status of available seats or places in particular branch and college. When they called me they asked me for my preferred college and branch. Luckily I got my preferred college and branch. Then we went to college for further process. People in administration were very nice. They answered all of our queries. Also, it was quick and we didn’t have to wait much. We paid fees and charges they asked and then left.

Very supportive. Always ready to help and clear doubts. Though there was time when one of our teacher was not good and we were not able to understand the way he taught. We complained about it and within a week that teacher was replaced with some other good teacher.
