I have chosen this course to preserve food products and enhance nutrition. It deals with the production process and manufacturing of safe food products. Faculty members are good at their knowledge and about 40+ students are taken this course. The qualification of faculty members are best and are done with M Tech and Ph D levels. The terms exams are conducted twice in a year in a gap of three months and if we understand the subjects it is really easy to pass the exams

Internship opportunities provided are good and useful for students. some companies provide a stipend and some do not. Projects are useful to students and faculty are helpful. Many projects have been done by students. Students have applied to Aavin, ITC company, etc for internship opportunities.

By the end of 3rd year, students become eligible for campus placement. Many companies like TCS, Zoho and others have visited. About 80% of the students are getting placed every year. The highest package is 150000 and varies according to the company.

The fee structure on average is 75000 per year and the exam fee costs are based on subjects per semester. They are provided with a stipend of 10k for an internship at ABC food company. Loans and government scholarship is available for all eligible students.

Groups like kaheofficial are run by students. They provide various sports and extracurricular activities to students and sports quota students even gets placed in campus interview. Classrooms are good with all facilities and availability of smart classes. Fest is conducted every 2 months

Candidate must have passed HSC (10+2) or its equivalent with the above-mentioned marks from any recognised Board/council. Admission is based on the entrance examination and their +2 marks.
