Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because of my interest in B.E (CSE) The faculty and student ratio of this university is quite good according to a private university It's around 1:80(approx)while other colleges offer a student-faculty ratio of around (1:120). Some of the faculty members are "PHd" but some are studying till their masters only. But although maximum numbers of teachers teach quite well. The term exams happen after every 3-4 months and they are not so difficult to pass an average kid can score good marks.
Internships Opportunities
Delloite, Infosys, KPMG, Amazon, GSK plc, Mysore, E-litmus, Epam Systems, Wipro, Quikr, and many more companies visit the university to provide internships to students with a stipend of around 30k-40k.
Placement Experience
1From 3rd semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies visit the university for eg:-Microsoft, amazon, Infosys etc. (For more you can visit the university site)and the average salary is around 7.5 lakhs. The highest package of the university is 40Lakh per annum and the average package is around 7.5-8.5 lakh. Approx 80% of students are placed every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are Quite less as compared to other private universities nowadays which is around 100000 per semester. Any type of Scholarship, Financial Assistance is not provided by the university and the average Stipend which is provided is around 25-35k per month which is quite good.
Campus Life
Rangrezz and Techelone is the tech fest of the university which is conducted in the month of September-October. Maximum numbers of books and journals are available in the library. Classrooms are provided with projectors, air conditioners, electrical switchboards etc. Every type of sport is provided by the university. For Eg:-Football, Cricket, Basketball, Badminton, Swimming, Table Tennis etc. There any many types of clubs at the university. For Eg:-C2S2 panache,C2S2 tasveer, C2S2 dhwani, C2S2 nat samraat etc.
Hostel Facilities
1.Rooms are provided by A.C, Cooler, study table,lights,fans etc. 2.Meal is quite good and menu changes after every 3-4 months. 3.Included with the cousre registration process and affordibility is quite good 4.Rajpura,banaur.
Admission
The eligibility of the Course is 60% overall percentage and 60% aggregate in PCM and It is compulsory to attempt JEE main Exam. You can find the application form on Chitkara university's official website which costs around 1100 rs for each course application dates is also available on-site or you can contact them through a call or visit the university. No reservation is valid. The admission process is good but the faculty is rude sometimes.
