NMIMS HYDERABAD REVIEW

NMIMS HYDERABAD got a great faculty-student ratio which is around 1:8. Most of the faculties got rich corporate experiences as well as academic experience. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. Term exams are held once in each semester and it's easy to pass if you give attention to the classes.

Almost all the big brands and companies come to the college for internships and almost 20% of the batch gets PPO after the internship. I'm currently pursuing my internship with an fmcg brand named BrightCrop Agro Products Private Limited. My role is of a Project Manager.

Our college provides 100% placements with an average package of 14 lakhs. This year the placements also got completed in a record time. Usually, the placements take place during the 5th and 6th trimesters. The highest placement offered is around 30 lakhs for a product management role. Companies from all sectors like FMCG, BFSI, and Advertising came for recruitment.

The fees are on the higher side compared to other colleges in the same tier. But the placement opportunities along with internship opportunities are immense. The college provides ample opportunities for you and also lined up top companies for the placement.

The campus life is fantastic. Various committees run by students host a variety of fests and events throughout the year. These events provide students with an interesting and engaging opportunity to interact with other students from various disciplines. Books are provided along with top-class case studies and Bloomberg Lab. Classrooms are all equipped with modern amenities.

Hostels have world-class facilities with 4 sharing rooms. We have a game room, theatre room along with laundry facilities. The food provided is strictly vegetarian with options for Jain. Since it's a residential course, you can't rent any PG nearby.

The entrance test for getting into NMIMS is Nmat. The cutoff for NMIMS HYDERABAD was around 210. After clearing the cutoff, you have to clear WAT and PI rounds. The application fee was around 2500 for all the NMIMS campuses.

I'll suggest going through current affairs topics along with domain-specific topics like finance, marketing, operations, hr., etc. For the interview part, you'll be asked basic hygiene questions along with your future goals and co-curricular activities.
