Overall the college is really good and worth applying for initially it will be difficult to cope with the environment but gradually you will be used to it. 1st year will be little difficult but gradually it will be a part of your life. Always remember problems are opportunities.

I took MHCET. One of my prof at coaching institute recommended this college. After searching about the college I did not get any negative reviews and a very good feedback about the working of the college from the allumini.

The course selection is very good as we not only study about management but also general awareness. The books provided by college are very good and as per the current market scenario. The course requires the students to conduct good amount of research which will help them widen their knowledge.

The college provides 100% internship for 2 months. It is compulsory for every student to go for internship and gain real market experience. This is an eye opener for students about what is expected from them during their job after placement. The companies that offered internship are Amazon, Vedanta, Bajaj Finserve.

Our institute has a record of 100% placement with an average package of 6.2 lac with 13 lac being the highest. The companies that provide placements are Amazon, Bajaj Finserve, Vedanta, HDFC, Kantar, TATA AIG and many more. The placements of the college for 2015-2017 batch is going on. 61% of the seniors are already placed November.

As SBS has a crowd from all over India, all festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm. Every festival like Diwali, Holi, Christmas, Durga Pooja and many more are celebrated. The students themselves organize the entire event. Every student is a part of every festival celebrated.

The Return to Investment ratio is worth the money. The fee structure is Rs.7.5 lacs annually, Rs. 8 lacs including hostel facility. The infrastructure and various other facilities are worth the money. The average package is around 6.2 lacs. One can recover the money invested in 2.5 - 3 years.

At Sri Balaji Society of Human Resource And Management there is no option for educational loan. But we have a tie up with AVANSE, AXIS BANK, CREDILA (An HDFC Ltd Co.) & Punjab National Bankas Sri Balaji Society Society, Pune has signed MOUs with these banks. They only suggest this bank, from their side there is no compulsion. The offer letter is provided to very limited students and that offer letter contains all the information which is relevant to the bank for education loan.

This college thinks a lot for the students. Every month there is a DJ night for the students to relax and enjoy. There is gender equality. It is the only college to have 50% female students. There are various one day workshops conducted for the students.

The hostel campus for boys and girls is same, the buildings a re different. The hostel rooms are big enough for 3 students to live in one room with attached bathroom. Every student is provided with one bed, cupboard, study table. The hostel also has a huge gym with a trainer and closed swimming pool. It also has basket ball and volley ball court.

The senior students have been very cooperative since the beginning. Any problem faced by us is solved by them. The college has a strong alumni network.

The exam structure followed is little different. The student needs to appear two internal exams and the main exam for every subject. There is no specific exam schedule. Once the subject is done the test is immediately conducted. Also there are online tests for Business.

I purchased the form online through the college website. My interview dates clashed with other interviews but the college was really cooperative and changed the date On the day of my GD PI very clear instructions were given by the person in charge. We were divided into groups. Also the senior coordinators were very helpful and helped us to relax before the interview.

This college is well known for the external faculties. It has the best mix of industrial experts. CEOs , HR of various companies conduct various sessions. Some faculties are IIM pass-outs. These prof share their experience to make the concept more clear and understandable.
