I gave cmat as my entrance. I cleared my GD and PI round after shortlisting.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have around 12-15 specializations. Each specialization is specialized in a different way and all with an interesting subjects. Overall curriculum is very inspiring and organized in a better way.

Internships Opportunities

Yes our college provide us with internship process of 2 months. There is a different criterion for every other company who is providing internship.

Placement Experience

Yes, the placement and job opportunities are best. It is one of the best college in Pune. Every year they provide with 100% placements in very repudiated companies. The average package is around 6 lacks moreover providing with highest placement of last years batch 14 lakhs.

Aiyaswami Cultural fest Freshers (Mini Aiyaswami fest) DRISHTI Pre Convocation Ceremony. And many other events with a great enjoyment and learning. Participating in these events and organizing such event provide learning to the students.

Fee structure is affordable as well a good return is received from college. Its worthy investing in this college. College provide us with many bank loan facilities which makes easy for financial purposes.

There are around 1000 of students from across the country. A wide range of diversity. We got to know more about different types of culture.

Hostel Facilities

We have 3 mess in our college. Canteen and a fruit shop. A wide infrastructure as well as many options are available as a lunch and dinner. Different and delicious taste is provided in all the 3 mess.

Yes many alumni are working in a very reputed companies. Balaji institute of management and human resource development is known for its alumni base.

Exam Structure

Exams are conducted very frequently usually any day as a surprise which trained students to be prepared for any upcoming difficulty. This a great opportunity for each student to face any instant difficulty.

Admission

First I applied through an application form and an entrane exam score Than I got selected for GD. After shortlisting of GD round I was called for PI. Later selection criterion was emailed within 20 days.

There are internal as well as many experienced external faculty in our college. They are specialized in their subject and makes the subject moreover interesting. We are as a student are very thankful to the college for such opportunity.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable.
