My Best years at RD National.

I was interested in studying mass media. The curriculum of BMM /BAMMC includes a variety of subjects and provides us with a lot of information & knowledge. In one class there are 60 students. We have the best of experienced faculty from the media industry who provides us with industrial expertise thus enhancing our knowledge. All of our faculty are postgraduate and have even completed their doctorate with a specialization in different fields of Mass media. The exams are regularly held on time every semester.

Throughout the 3 years of our college, our coordinators & faculty members provide us with internship opportunities in different companies like HDFC, Freelance creative writing to name a few. The different roles range from HR, PR, Marketing, creative writing, and reporting to name a few.

In the first and second years, the students are given lectures by renowned faculty from the industry on personality development, how to face interviews and group discussions and also training on how to write your CV. In the third year, we have our annual career conclave where different companies set up their stall on the college campus and provide students with placement. Different companies from different streams like Motilal Oswal Financial services limited, HDFC Banking, Bombay Digital Company and IDfy to name a few have visited the college campus every year and provided employability to students. 200,000 - 500,000 average package. I want to do a master's after my degree.

The fee hike policy has been very accommodating & considerate towards the students & is justified. There is an availability of financial assistance to students who are needy. We have received a lot of internship opportunities while studying.

We have our annual college fest called Goonjj held in the month of December every year. And we also have our BMM fest Cutting Chai organized by students in February every year. Books are available for reference in our college library. The faculty teach with the help of PowerPoint presentations during our lectures, they also show us videos as & when required to facilitate the teaching-learning process. There are a number of sports competitions that students can participate in all year through. We have a Rotaract club which the students join in large numbers. The BMM department also has an in-house magazine internship in which the students collect reports of the various events conducted in the college, edit the articles and even design them in the form of our annual college magazine called Rational National. We also have a House System in which all the students are divided into 5 houses, Prithvi, Agni, Akash, Vayu and Jal through which they participate in inter-collegiate events.

Eligibility of course - above 50% from any stream. All the information is clearly available on the college website. Did not avail of any Reservation. The admission process at RD National College is very smooth & comfortable.
