Memorable College Days..fest R.D National College

BMM as the name says is a vast field. It includes a lot of options and job opportunities as well as my interest in the field helped me choose this field. A lot of students choose this field for various reasons. R.D National College has a vast number of students choosing this field, mainly because of the faculty and their achievements in this field. We have faculty who are writers, filmmakers, professional photographers, professional anchors who come to teach us while working in the industry. This helps me understand the subject practically and get knowledge about the industry. Exams are held after each sem and internals are given according to the projects which are practical based. Teachers set question papers which are application based and according to the guidelines of the university.

The faculties from the college are mostly from the industry and they provide us internships in their field. other than that we get internships from marketing companies, News channels for various roles like PR, Reporting, Social Media manager etc.

The first 4 semesters of the course are for the students to learn and progress through their course. Many renowned personalities from the industry come and give us their opinion, and knowledge and share their experiences with us. The third year is considered for placement. The package available for the students is from 100,000 to 500,000. Planning to do Masters after the degree.

The fees of the college are affordable compared to other colleges in my state. They provide a lot of facilities with the fees they collect. Many scholarships for students are given according to the guidelines. Minorities and students with good grades are given scholarships.

The annual fest 'Goonj' of our college is a 3-day fest with a lot of competition and fun on campus. The campus during this time is filled with joy and laughter. Other than this each department of our college has its own fests. For example, the B.M.M department has its own fest named Cutting Chai. Many clubs like the Rotary Club, environment Club all these are looked after our students. The magazine of our college is mainly edited by our students with the help of our teachers and the principal.

The admission process was easily accessible and was not confusing. As an outstation student, it was not very difficult for me to find the application. The application was easily available on the Mumbai University website and was very easy to apply to the colleges of your choice. Once the application is sent we would receive an email from the applied college. R.D National College has an easy admission process and is very convenient for students to apply for the college.
