- Hostels are way much better mess fee is good
- Seniors are very supporting, various other activities like hackathons, etc are all fully conducted by the students only

- No permanant campus. Permanant campus is under construction
- No good gender ratio. There are about 15 girls in batch of 250.

Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course after opting for the maths stream in 11th standard. All the faculties are PHDs from top educational institutes of the country including IITS, NITS, and IIITS. Our semesters are six months long, two such semesters are conducted in a year. After all, everything doesn't depend on faculties, it is how much hard-working and disciplined a student is.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Infosys, adobe, Capgemini, and many others have offered internships in our college. Recently one student from IIIT Ranchi was offered an internship at the University of Auckland in AIML and many other foreign internships have been offered.
Placement Experience
IIIT Ranchi is a new institute but its placements are very good. It is one of the fastest-growing technical institutes in the country. The current average package of the college is about 16 lpa. Many prestigious companies including Amazon, Google, and many other MNCs visit the campus. More than 90 percent of students are getting placed rest mostly good for higher studies and do not opt to sit in campus placements. I will start my own business after getting my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Each semester's fees include: Tuition fees -> 90000, Hostel fees->16000, and Mess Fees->16000. Scholarships are provided scholarships from, it is not directed by the institute instead it is provided by NSP (National Scholar Portal) and various other state scholarships. Private Scholarships choice is always open.
Campus Life
The permanent campus of IIIT Ranchi is yet under construction, its construction might be completed by the end of 2024. IIIT Ranchi has various societies. Clubs under the Technical Society include AI ML, IOT, ROBOTICS, CORE ELECTRONICS, SD, etc. Annual cultural and tech fests are conducted regularly in IIIT Ranchi. In the central library of IIIT, all the relevant books related can be found. House of Geeks is conducted by students of IIIT Ranchi.
Hostel Facilities
Currently, IIIT Ranchi works from two campuses since its permanent campus is yet to be constructed. JUT IIIT Ranchi is one of its campuses, Hostels of JUT are better than most of the current hostels of any college. Good quality food is provided by the mess. Faculties and students have the same mess so quality will always be good.
Admission
Admission to IIIT Ranchi is granted by JEE Mains Exams. Eligibility: should have cleared class 12th board exams with at least 75% marks. Application form for JEE mains exam is released on jeemain.nta.nic.in website. After admission, nationwide counseling was conducted by JOSSA.
