Course Curriculum Overview
This course (BMM) is more of a skill-based course that requires creative heads. We have 2 sections each containing approximately 60 students. We have the best-experienced faculty and the guest faculties are media specialists. Their teaching methods are more practical rather than just theoretical. This is a three-year course with 6 semesters. Exams for each semester are held timely. And honestly, if you attend all the lectures it becomes easy to score well in exams.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like HDFC, freelance creative writing, media care, etc. offer different job roles like PR, Marketing, Direction, content creation, and many more. The college provides many more opportunities beyond the mentioned ones.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for the placement in the third year but sometimes it depends on their skills. They might get an internship opportunity in the first year itself. The average package is about 3L per annum. Many companies like Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, IDfy, etc. visit the campus every year for placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are about 18000 per year. Scholarship and financial assistance are provided to those who applied for it. Being a government college it is quite affordable to study here. Many internship opportunities are provided by the college as well as by teachers with almost a 5k stipend per month.
Campus Life
The annual fest of BMM is cutting chai and is one of the most celebrated fests in Mumbai. The fest is conducted in February every year. Books and journals are easily available in the library. Amenities in the classroom are not up to the mark but considering the fees and kind of exposure this college provides the amenities do not matter much. Apart from studies it includes many clubs and extracurricular activities.
Admission
Anyone who bagged 50% or above in their 12th boards can take admitted to this course. All the required details are available on the college website. This college also provides reservation benefits. The application form is available on the college website but first, you have to fill out the university form and then only you can manage to get an admission call from the college ( if you meet up the required eligibility).
