I got admission here through MAT September 2016. My brother searched for an appropriate college for me on Shiksha.com, he searched high and low. At last, he found this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
PGDM is pretty good as much the course is concerned. Large scope available for a job or for an entrepreneurship. Taxila Business School is mainly concerned with practical learning more than theoretical knowledge. TBS gives us weekly research task which helps us interact with the corporate world and the market.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, the college provides the internship for the students. I haven't gone to an internship but my seniors have and they are very satisfied. I will get a chance after a few months though many students have already git invitation for an internship.
Placement Experience
Companies that visit the campus are Alibaba.com, Asian Paints, ITC etc. All the students get placement. The average placement package is 7 lakhs.
College Events
Not many events are held in this institute, the students believe that first, we need to concentrate on our studies and then something else.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's affordable, the hostel, and course fee altogether sums up to 8,20,000 plus 50,000 for SAP.
Campus Life
Yes, they are few games which we can play like ping-pong (table- tennis), Carrom etc. The students also play management related games supervised by the director of Taxila Business School- Mr. Kishore Sharma Sir personally.
Hostel Facilities
The hotel rooms are old which is a wakeable distance from the Institute. They are comfortable and with proper ducting, so the room stays cold. A fan is available and a water cooler with filter is also present in there.
Alumni/Alumna
The students are all connected through one word - Taxilian. We are in contact with our seniors and our super seniors. the guide us and help us in many ways. the also help in our career. They also help out college in any way they can.
Exam Structure
The examination is tough here because of stiff competition. Each and every one of the students wants to be the best and everyone wants to prove their worth.
Faculty
The faculty is all experienced and successful. They all have their own work and business so they teach us by their personal experience. They are not just teachers or professors, they are trainers.
