Course Curriculum Overview
The main reason for choosing Computer science and engineering is that it has a wider scope as compared to other branches. The faculty and student ratio is fair enough in the college. Some of the faculties are very helpful and friendly. We approach them anytime whenever we are having any sort of issue. Exams were conducted after every semester although mid-semester tests are also arranged by the college during the ongoing semester.
Internships Opportunities
Several companies come to college for providing internships to students. Some of them are salesforce (salesforce developer internship), persistent (salesforce), pwc, cisco (cyber security and CCNA training), etc.
Placement Experience
After 6 semesters students are eligible for placements. A wide range of companies (100+) comes to college during the 7 and 8 semesters. Almost all the students from the CSE branch get the placement. The highest package off campus is 1.12 Cr from Amazon and on campus is 19.63 from Deutsche bank. The average package is 5lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees will remain constant throughout the whole course as it was during the first semester. Have to give bus fees if you are a day hosteler. The college arranges several hackathons and internships where you can gain financial assistance.
Campus Life
Tech Fest is arranged every year by the college around April. Books are provided by the library for respective semesters and we need to return them after the semester is completed. We can access other books using a library card. Different clubs are also run by students.
Admission
The eligibility criteria is JEE mains percentile. You need to score around 90 percentile to get admission to CSE's main campus. For the admission process, you need to go through MPDTE counseling rounds which generally happens after the JEE advance result is out. Application forms and all related details are easily available on Google.
