Zoho offered internship for six months and they give stipend for those 6 months. The project worked is M& G Prudential which is relatescto UK project got selected in the role as Quality Analyst which needs to testing

Placement Experience

For the final semester, the placement will get started, more than 100 companies will come. Product based as well as service based companies are there. Highest package is 15 laksh per annum and the annual package is 6 laksh per annum. 95 %students get placed in the company

Fees and Financial Aid

Fess are very low. Annual fees must be 7000 to 8000 only. Scholarship are available, and the scholarship amount alos high,it will be very helpful. I got selcted in ZOHO through the on campus. And the results are announced on the same day

For a yearly 10 to 15 events will be conducted like, college symposium, cultural and, tamil mandram, department function that can be held for 3 days. Books are available in the library we can get all kind if books. Many sports are available like cricket, football, and more. More social activities also available

Hostel Facilities

Hostel fees for one year just 500 . Hostel food quality is good, the food amount ranges from 1500 to 2000 per month as a mess bill. Registration process for hostel everything included in the admission process hence there is no separate process

Admission

Student must have 95 %Cut off to join in the college. The college availed through Tamilnadu engineering counselling. Online and offline applications are not available. Reservations are not allowed. Admission process is so good and the fees structure is very low as it a government college

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

A detailed review on GCT Coimbatore - Most affordable college of Asia.

In the admission process i applied only for government colleges like anna university chennai, gct coimbatore, gce salem, thiagaraja college madurai like that. Because i cant afford private college, among these government colleges gct coimbatore remains my first choice and got the admission in there. The main reason of choosing this college is affordable fee structure and good placement statistics. The admission process for government colleges are purely through Counselling process, there is no management quota. Based on our 12 th mark, a cutoff for 200 marks will be calculated. In this 100 marks from maths and 50 from physics and 50 from chemistry will be accounted. Then a rank list will be released based on this cutoff mark incl all applicants, it is called general rank list. There will be other rank list like community rank list where the rank will be grouped by community such as BC, MBC, SC/ST. Every college will release a seat matrix based upon their vacancy. Student have to fill a choice list based on their interest. And based on the rank, the software will check the vacancy for seats in the choice order and finally college is alloted.
