This college is only for those students who are really passionate about computer science or electronics, we have one of the hardest curricula in India. Other than computer science or electronics courses, we have human values courses as well to make a student the perfect citizen of the country(our professors think a lot about us). For the past 3 years, we are number 1 in India as well as in the world in giving the most selections in GSOC(Google Summer of Code). This year our college team qualified for the world finals in ACM ICPC(largest coding contest) with the first position in the country(You can check it as well). Apart from this, we have a quite reputable image in research as well.We are in the top three institutions in research for computer science.(Some believes that we are the best in computer science among all the colleges in India including IITs.)

I qualified jee mains with 254 marks and I'm lucky to choose iiit hydrabad it's ranking is above all nits and it's better then some of the IITs like Dhanbad and all that.And finally it's location is A class with ultra high modern campus and more then 100 MNC's located in the city hydrabad

Being a research-oriented college, folks here are busy with things that can actually change. Since this college has very less number of people, almost everyone knows everyone else by face. This has a positive effect as seniors are ready to help. Faculty members here always motivate you to take up some research work which can help you to understand things better. The best part, in the third and fourth year you have a large choice of subjects. Lastly, here a lot of pressure is put on programming skills from the first year which helps in understanding basics easily and effectively.

Our college does not support internship but there is some internship program in which if student want to expand his knowledge on some topic then he can ask a professor to guide him and in this way he can get good knowledge along with good stipend.

Placements in IIIT-H are considered as one of the best placements among all engineering colleges in India. In our college, 100% students get jobs in good MNCs from the campus itself(those who came through JEE Mains). The highest package offered in 2016 was of 35.0 LPA to CSE students and for ECE students, it was 27 LPA. The lowest package for both CSE and ECE students was 6.25 LPA and the average for CSE was 18.53 and for ECE it was 13.44 LPA. For CSE, we have major tech giants in our college as we have Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM and other leading companies. For ECE, we have Samsung, Qualcomm, IBM and other major companies in the market.

The Annul Festival we conduct is Felicity. It is the annual technical and cultural fest of IIIT-H. Includes technical,cultural and literary events,Major nights,talks, workshops and performances etc. This usually happen in the month of February and this will happen for 2 days.

The fees are on a bit of expensive side. But you can easily afford it with education loan and you get good placements too. Usually you can expect 10k for hostel and mess and 70k for semester.

Scholar ships will be provided based on the merit in the previous year. These scholar ships include discount in the Academic fee, free Books or a Lap top, concession in Room rate etc. Yes our college provides loan facility on basic of yearly income of family.Loans is provided at low interest rates which student has to pay after end of his study.

For the all round development of a student, it is essential that avenues for partaking in extracurricular activities be available. It is with this view, that extracurricular activities are conducted regularly to enable students to discover and hone their skills in fields that are not academic in nature. Technical activities are also held on a regular basis to promote excellence in technical skills among the student body. These activities are completely organized by the student community.

Mess food first of all I want to say that it's really A+ class and the menu is prepared by the students communities so it's much better options also I say that every second week some special I mean special of foreign food and every country test is experienced here and about the hostel facilities I want to say the best as full Spacy rooms with high class look outside windows no distrubance at all and wifi definately

Our seniors are very helpful. They help you every condition. Even ours becomes TA's and help us to have good grades. They are very friendly and college has one Alumni club.

Yes exam and lab work was very high.It was hardly to find out some time to sit and watch a movie. For some subjects we had presentation of research work, for some we had close book written exam or for some subjects we had on paper open book exam.

Faculty members here at IIIT-H are among the most qualified faculty members of India. Most of them are post-doctorate while their teaching skills are same as other colleges of India. The behaviour of most of the faculty members is quite good towards the students. We have an honours program in which students works under faculty members after completion of their 2nd year to contribute in some quite good and reputed projects of almost all streams of computer science and electronics. We have the best course curriculum in India for computer science and electronics in which we do not have any extra rubbish courses. To get the perfection in a course, we have regular lectures with tutorials which are held by our 3rd-4th-year seniors. We also have regular quizzes, assignments(in which no one can cheat), projects and labs. We have 3 exams each semester (mid1, mid2, endsems) for each course. For the first 2 semesters, we have an online judge to check our codes.
