The library of the college is my most favorite. It is filled with lots of knowledgable books.
Next i like my classmates and teacher. They are very good in nature and very friendly.
The environment of the college is very nice. This is free of ragging.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this to acquire more knowledge about English literature. About 25 students with me in BA English honours. The teachers are very good and helpful in nature. In the semester question are easy if you read the book effortfully. However, it is not so tough to pass the exam.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 2090 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is not very high including tuition and hostel fees (if you have taken it). You can use a student credit card or any other government or private scholarships of state or central if you are eligible you will get into this college. It does neither provide any job placement or internship.

Campus Life

There are many festivals celebrated such birthdays of honourable people like Rabindranath Tagore, Gandhiji etc as well as national days like Republic Day, and Independence Day. Every year it organised an annual programme.

Admission

There is no entrance exam organized. Admission is done on the basis of the 12th result from any recognised board. In honours, students have to get 60% above in 12. Students of minority get some relaxation in it. All over the college is very good overall. But it does not provide any placement and the infrastructure is good but it should be more furnished. This college also provides a hostel for needy students. The fees are very low. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write about my college.

The field tricks are done sometimes to make us understand the reality and the course is really good. I love that and the field trip helps us a lot to explain and to learn things that happening around us and foods are provided from the school or sometimes on trips, I'm really happy with my college.

A place to enhance skills

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because it has lots of scope in future to get a job and also it is a good subject or my National language. In this college lots of faculty has been given to the students. Well, I am also a new student but I can say that all teaching and non teaching staff and also the office staff are very humble to the students and they help us a lot. I am in B.A. 1st year student and lots of faculty has been given by our beloved teachers and office staff. The teachers are very humble by nature and the way they taught us is really mind blowing I am very grateful that I am a student of those teachers. In every 6 months, you have to give one semester examination and as I already told you that I am a new student and my exam is in February month so I do not have experience with the paper and how difficult it to pass but I can say you read properly you can pass the exam in Good marks.

A good government aided college

I applied for Siliguri college, Darjeeling college, Kurseong college and I get the chance of admission in these colleges. But I choose ac college over the other colleges because the college is very renowned and my department the department of botany have produced many university toppers. The admission process is simple.
