It's the best among the new IITs and is growing rapidly. In a few years, I'm sure the institute will be better than some other older IITs also. The permanent campus is beautifully designed by Japanese architects and will offer the best infrastructure.

We have to qualify through some of the toughest exams like JEE mains, JEE advanced. JEE mains will be just an qualification exam and advanced will be merit based. There will be lot of discrimination based on caste.you have to get some rank around 8k to get a seat in this college.

IIT Hyderabad follows what is called fractal academics under which you explore the breadth of all the subjects and then can choose to go deep in what you like. This allows us to choose our own course curriculum after 2nd year (some courses are mandatory). There is no concept of mid sem or end sem, we follow a continuous evaluation which I think is good as it doesn't burden us with the whole syllabus at once.

No. currently not doing any internship.as it is a new college there are not many internship opportunities given. but soon there will be providing internships by collaborating with companies.

A lot of good companies like Flipkart, Microsoft, Paypal etc. come to IITH to recruit for various roles. The institute's average is around 9 lakhs and CSE witnesses the highest placements. but compared to other IITs its a bit less,but will be soon joining the top IITs in every aspect.highest package is 1.1 crores.

Rs. 3 lakhs per annum is a tuition fee at Indian Institute of Technology hyderabad.its actually more but as its an IIT i think you can do it.

Their are various scholarships available for merit students which includes complete waiver of tution fee.Number of scholarships varies from year to year .Yes loans are available.

sports and games are also a part of life.they are also given oppurtunities to participate in state level and national level competitions.clubs and students unions are one of the major fun activities.

hostels are very good.the meals, and hostel fees and all are directly included in the three lakhs. The hostels are currently new and very good in condition.

Good alumini network, people at good places. so you can get any sort of help if you are willing to do internship or starting your own company.

as its a continuous evaluation process, sometimes we will be feeling a little bored and lost with studies.but we don't take exams so seriously as its continuous. midsem and endsem exams ae not given that priority.

Professors are dedicated and hard working. They all are PhDs and are working on their research areas extensively. We can approach them anytime in their office. Being a new IIT with fewer students, the faculty-student interaction is even better.
