Sport courts like table tennis , basket ball court
big halls where we can roam at night and play and dance
Terrace was very big , there many things we can do on that area

Dislikes

food was not good most of the time , we have to eat from canteen most of the time
boundations, there were many rules and regulations thats why I have leave the hostel
strictness , there were many things for do's and dont't

Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science and Engineering were my priority that's why I had chosen this course. The ratio at that time was around 60:40, with 60 students and 40 teachers. right now it may be increased. Qualifications of the teachers were good but their teaching method was not that good. The exams were always held on time, some subjects were easy but some were tough.

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 180000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee was Rs 90000/- semester means Rs 180000/- annually maybe it is increased by now. I didn't get any scholarship, financial assistance, and campus stipend. But you can pay fees semester-wise by getting an approvement from The director.

Campus Life

Annual fest - in April, tech fest in October. The books are available in the library. The Classroom has all the amenities. There was a sports fest and also a competition with the other colleges. There were many clubs for students, social, environmental, dance, etc.

Hostel Facilities

Bed, Fan, Cupboard. The meal was not good most of the time. The registration process was easy and the hostel fees were affordable Rs40000/- maybe it got increased now compared with other colleges. Shaligram , Pragatipuram , Bharatpuram.

Hostel Fee: INR 40000 per year

Admission

I had given UPTU exam through which I got a rank then I got selected. After the counseling process, I got my admission. UPTU happens every year around April. The fees of exam is GEN- Rs1000/-, OBC- Rs 800/-, SC/ST - Rs750/-. The cutoff changes every year. Every Category has different cutoffs.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. The journey of FGIET campus life.

I didn't applied for any other colleges instead of Feroze Gandhi institute of engineering and technology, Raebareli, because the other colleges are very far from my district and they are very expensive. I chose this university because I got low rank in JEE mains but in UPSEE exam I get approx 18000 rank. When I joined this college at that time there was an exam called UPSEE for joining colleges of AKTU it was done in first week of June Result and Councelling in july and admission in last week of july. BUT now admission is done through JEE mains. I have preferred this college because I had checked website called as career360 and FGIET was showing as a semi-government college but in real it is purely a private college. Good aspects- you will get good internal and practical marks if you are serious about your future overall result of college is good just because of students, Some faculties are very good.
