Course Curriculum Overview
Choosing CSIT was quite optimal for me as it let me introduce myself to the upcoming market. The skills, as well as computers, fascinate me. There is a good student ratio in the college according to other btec colleges. Girls to boys are about 60:40. Faculty are very professional and mostly Ph.D. holders. The teachers are good according to the college. There are sessional and PUTs that are totally University curriculum related and relatively easy.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is quite decent as it doesn't take any fees regarding DJ nights, fests, etc. Because it doesn't happen in the first place. For the BTech, a 4yr course, 1lac per yr is quite a decent fee. Scholarships are available for UP students.
Campus Life
College life sucks as it is more of school. Strictness and discipline at their peak. No fests and DJ nights. Techfest is organized on a small scale. The labs are totally furnished and good. Sports facilities are proper except for the badminton court. There are certain clubs run by students.
Admission
I took admission through UPTU counseling. This college takes admission on the basis of intermediate as well as JEE mains. The college has the benefits of reservation. The application can be filled out by the website of the college as well as through UPTU.
