Insights about jaipuria college

The learning we get from this college is good. I choose my career in finance and the faculty helped me a lot in this journey. Mostly our faculty are PhD so you get a good knowledge from the faculty. We have six trimesters. Every trimester we have a 40 marks written paper and 60 marks for the project where we get real learning and make a project of the company.

Most students got their internship from college. Some companies come up with a stipend but not all. As the work in the company is mostly related to marketing sales and market research. Companies like Hitachi, Zara, 360tf, Aditya Birla, Bajaj Capital, Dalmia, etc.

If we talk about placement then 90% of students get placed in this college. As we see mostly the jobs are in the marketing department. Companies like Deloitte, eclerx, Hexaware, berkedia, PWC, KPMG, S&P global, evalueserve, aniridia, etc are the companies that come for placement. They come up with a different- different profile. As my plan is to work with the company where I get placed.

I think the fees are too high for the college. If we talk about placement then the ROI is less. The college provides scholarships to students when they get good scores in entrance exams. As we see every year fees hike by 100000. Most students get a campus placement.

Life in Jaipuria is very good. We have college fest and cultural events, one can enjoy a lot and learn through this how we manage that types of events. The annual fest is abhudhya. It is conducted in the month of December. We get to avail our books from Library. And the amenities in the college are good. We also have sports events. Basically, the college has 24 clubs, one can decide which club they want to join. All the clubs are run by students.

Hostel facility is good. As we get a good facility in hostel but if we talk about mess quality then it is ok ok. Sometimes the food is not edible. So the quality of food is not good. The process of registration we have to fill a form then we can live in hostel. It is affordable. I lived in hostel so it is good instead of living in PG or a flat. Apart from food, everything is good in hostel.

I applied through CMAT. You can enter our college through CAT, MAT, and CMAT. You can find the application form on the college website. The college also provides scholarships to students who get a high score on the entrance exam. Then we have a GD round and a PI round. After this, we got admission to the college.

Yes we have a GD round then have a PI round. After completing both rounds we got a admission in the college. In GD mostly topics are from current affairs and news. In personal interview they have asked about your graduation and learning about the particular course. Also the case study is given by them we have to solve the business related case study. You can prepare your process by reading newspaper daily and to know about your skills and experience.
