Entrance Examination : GATE 2011, Grade : 84.7 %. This is the only college in India which provides the master's degree in PLM. and this PLM stream needs knowledge of Mechanical and IT studies. Being a Mechanical graduate I thought that I can perform well in this emerging field PLM, so I took admission in this.

The Master of Technology in PLM is designed under the guidance of PLM Professionals and industry experts from different regions. The course was designed in such a way that they introduced all the relevant subjects of PLM. e.g. PLM I & II (Basics & Advanced), New Product Design, Customer Relationship Management, CAD, Database Management System etc.

Yes, our college provides 100% internship but candidate can also opt for the in house project facility. They also provide the facility to candidate that they can bring project work from their respective companies and deliver it from available resources at college campus.

The college provides 80+% placements for both undergraduate and post graduate students. As the college is around 35+ years old, which helped to build a very strong alumni network for placements and professional trainings. Now a days many reputed well known MNC's are also coming for placements interviews.

Pragyaa - A national level technical fiesta of SGGSIE&T, Nanded organized every year to provide a platform for students to show their excellence in techno-social competitions. Each year we have a constructive theme working for the welfare of society & technology. Students come in huge numbers to participate in the multitude of events ranging from the brainstorming junior scientist to the bewildering robotics and get a chance to delve into a variety of exhibits. We aim at focusing on excellence of technology for human welfare and add a new dimension to success of our extravaganza every year so that it will reach the height of its glory.

As our college is recognised as a One of the top 4 autonomous institute in Maharashtra. which are fully funded by Government of Manarashtra and they runs many TEQIP programs. The fee structure is very less compare to other institutes the fee is around 88 thousand for M.Tech.

Yes, I was getting the M.Tech. stipend during my college days as I was GATE qualified candidate. In addition to the above our college also provides concession for different caste availed by Government of Maharashtra.

I would like to thank all my juniors, batchmates, seniors to be there for us at the time of each and every program what we have organised. Because An artist is nothing without their audiences. It was organised just because of my friend who told me the best message of my life “Let the people Know who you Are”.

SGGS Hostel is a ‘home away from home’. SGGS Hostel life provides conducive atmosphere for the overall personality development of the students. All students are expected to maintain tranquil academic, atmosphere, helping each other to achieve distinction. As on today, mess both in boys and girls hostel is being operated on cooperative basis by the students only. Mess fee is decided by the students’ mess committee (Approximately, it is Rs. 15000 per year)

Exam days were very interesting days for us during our studies. The college has grading system which considers the theory and practical labs exam sessions followed the Externals viva's. Mid term exams were very useful for us to make our grades better and better.

College has announced the After successfully qualifying GATE-2011 examination. Admissions to SGGS IET are strictly based on merit only and based Entrance Exam. Admission process starts in mid may and goes to June end or July first week. The admission cell in the college is very supportive and kind in nature.

The maximum number of teaching faculty is doctorate in their educations and trained in PLM industries. and they are very supportive and kind in nature. The college has also organised different expert lecture series followed by theory and hands on practical sessions.
