Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is as per AKTU, Lucknow. The faculty members are very good. The faculty is highly qualified. Very good environment for research too. Excellent event of technical festivals. The head of the department is very supportive.

HOD Sir of the department is quite active and provide his best support to arrange internship from various reputed PSUs like ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, and other reputed industries like Reliance, IFFCO, Hindustan Unilever, RSPL, Kansai Nerolac, Uflex, SRF, HURL, Mineral Oil Corporation Century Pulp and Paper, Indian Pesticide, PI industries, Jubilent and many more
Placement Experience
From the sixth semester students are eligible for placements. Very reputed companies are there for placement. Placement in software companies is just like an extra advantage for chemical engineering students. Many students have joined PSUs and many have completed their higher education from highly reputed IITs, IISC, and abroad.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships as per the UP government are available. Mostly all deserving students got the scholarships. Approximately every student got various opportunities for interviews in the chemical engineering sector.

Very nice campus environment. Excellent library, many books are available to issue for every student. Good classrooms. Excellent extracurricular activities. Most celebrities are there in the annual cultural and tech fest.

As compare to other Chemical Engineering Government institute, this is one of the best institute. Excellent location in the mid of Kanpur. Excellent faculty support in terms of academics, internship, and placement. Head of the department also very good industry interaction and he supports in placement a lot. Very nice department. Also many options are available to get placement in the field of software for chemical engineering students. Placement cell is quite supportive. Certainly it is one of the best option.
