- The first thing I dislike is that this college gives great importance to attendance also.
- The second thing is that we have to walk around 1.5 kilometres from bus stop in order to reach the college.
- The network facilities and the WiFi facilities are very poor in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I was very much interested in computer science. The faculty in this college or amazing and there are around 70 students in each section. There are a totally of 3 sections. The faculty here is highly qualified and most of them have done their PhD as well. There are a totally of 3 internals and one external for each semester.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are also available in the college from the first semester. Companies like Ethno Tech Wizard every sem and give internship opportunities to students without stipends. Some companies like Cognizant, LTI, and Mindtree give internships to the students who got placed in their companies with stipends. Students can also search outside the campus for internship opportunities if they are in the final sem.
Placement Experience
Students studying in their final year are eligible for campus placements. For some companies, students studying in the 6th semester are also eligible for placements. Some of the companies like Cognizant, Wipro, and TCS have recently visited our college for placements. The highest package in 2022 was 23.2 LPA. The average package and the college are around 6.5 LPA. Around 80% of the students are getting placed every year. My plan is to get into the company I got placed and work for that company.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for the students who got admitted through CET is around 90,000 per year. The student gets through comedk the fees of around 2.5 LPA per year and if the student gets admitted through management the fees are around 4L PA per year. Scholarships are provided for OBC and SC St students if those students get admitted through CET or Comedk. Financial assistance is normally provided only to merit students.
Campus Life
Technical Fest is conducted every year. Textbooks and journals for each semester are available in the library. Where is the projector installed? In every classroom so that students can understand the concept very well. This college also gives great importance to sports and extracurricular activities as well. IEEE is one of the major Student cells in this college.
Admission
Students who have attempted the CET exam are eligible for this course. Students can also get admitted to this college through CET and Comedk Key and Management. Reservation benefits are available to OBC and SC students if those students are getting admitted through CET and COMEDK only.
