So my overall experience with university was quite good. and if same want to make his/her career in well discipline culture. there would be no such option available other than veltech. they are helping in overall development of student. they are also sending student abroad for semester exchange program. lots of things are these which makes veltech excellent

I wrote entrance exam for engineering offered by Veltech technical university in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. i got selected in entrance exam so that they offer me admission in University. and there was no interview process for admission. it was class room course program offered by veltech technical university

Our course curriculum was similar to anna university course curriculum. its was modern course curriculum for engineering and almost cover all the standard subject in modern engineering world. and for research they had separate research park center inside university campus. its was a modern and advance research park center. they had they varies companies labs and more then 200 on going project from India and abroad as well. student can join any ongoing project and can perform research their it self for companies, central government and for abroad university also and I hope one one has such a big and advance research park center in chennai.

Yes, they are providing internship in reputed companies thorough out India. they are starting internship for student after 2nd semester and as per student choice they are providing company for internship. and my experience for internship was awesome. they provided me 2 internship during my engineering. and these was no stipend amount for internship

They are showing 100% placement but its not true. honestly speaking in the final year of engineering they are providing placement training for selected student on the basis of their 10+2% and academic performance. if you are quite serious about our career during placement training only you can get offer from varies company they have with them. and they have almost 95% placement for computer science engineer, 70% for ECE , <50% for mechanical engineering, 30-20% for civil and 10% for aeronautics engineering. its was in 2016, and company like Wipro, IBM, Virsusa software, tech-mahindra, tafe tracter, etc. and about average package for all the student was 3.2 lakh annual

yes, they are organizing workshop, technical event, project challenge event, cultural event and also fest. and mainly they are organizing lots of game event for football, bally ball, cricket, etc.

fee for engineering was quite high, its started from 1.1 Lakhs to 1.7 Lakhs per annul for engineering and for hostel its from 70k to 1.10 lakh per annual and hostel fee is changing year by year

they are providing 100% scholarship for top 3 student from every state as per there 10+2%, and also providing 50% scholarship who is having good % in 10+2, they also helping student for education loan and they have contract with viyajya bank for providing educational loan for student

its was excellent for extra-curricular. such as dancing, singing, fest, etc and facilities was wonderful

Yes i was a hosteler for all four year and i enjoyed lots there. they have mainly 4 big hostel near university campus, International hostel, Lords hostel, prince hostel and bala ji hostel.these were fully equipped with wi-fi routers in every 3 rooms. all they room were attached with washroom and restroom and they had provided separate locker for each and every student. these were single, double, triple and four sharing room (AC & NON-AC). they also have PGs there you can lived with student and can cooked your self. and they are also providing 24*7 medical facility for hosteler. and accommodation charge was started for 60k to 1.1 Lakh per annum. and about food they have separate food mess for south Indian and north Indian student. there you can enjoy Delicious food from both the mess and quality of food is awesome . they are providing best food in chennai. no one can other than veltech provide you such good test of food weather its south indian or north indian

they have strong alumni network. they have separate department only for alumni. so that they can have interaction with alumni time to time. they are still calling us and organizing meeting in different-different cities. they are also proving help for higher education such as scholarship.as alumni also contributing there efforts for development of college

the process for examination was complicated, in a semester we had 5 unites a subject. and after completion of 2 units we had to gone through one cycle test for internal mark. and after completion of 5 unites of subject we had to gone through university model paper exam. and same procedure for labs experiment. after completing 5 experiment we had a exam for internal mark and also model paper for lab exam. so after completing these all unit test and model paper we have to go for final university exam. and about class and lab culture its full of discipline and professionalism. there you can enjoy your classes and labs work also

Veltech technical university is known for quality of education in south India and it is due to their well qualified faculty. they have nearly 80% P. hd holder faculty in campus. they holds experience between 5 to 15 years in teaching. but due to number of student you may be not find good faculty. near about 20% faculty in veltech university are not professional. they don't have subject knowledge and even they do not know how to teach student. and about interaction for each and every student they helping personally in teaching. and also allotted mentor for each and ever student so that you can not problem. and standard of teaching in good enough to learn modern engineering
