Course Curriculum Overview
I opted for this course as it is very skilful. I thought that it is the future of technology your syllabus becomes a burden step by step but are will be still eligible to hold that burden. The teachers are very nice. They are of very high educational qualifications with polite and quiet behaviour. Every teacher is responsible for finishing its syllabus and making the student eligible to sit in its exam.
Placement Experience
There are no eligibility criteria for the internships but for the placement, you can only apply after the 5th semester of your graduation year. Many startups and MNC companies come which is a good package for the students. in which 50 - 60% of students got placements in various companies. The minimum package offered by the companies is of 2lac and it goes upto 5 -6lac or more
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are not much ie. You have to pay 40000 to 50000 thousand for the whole year which includes your 2 semesters. the college provides many scholarships for well-mannered, skilful and schedule-cast students. It also provides good quality internships for the students which are stipend and non stipend based. In my first year of study, I got an intership in the Chandigarh police in which we have to aware people of the crimes though it was a non stipend but still i got to know many good and new knowledge.
Campus Life
Students who are very fond of reading books can issue the book from the Library. There are many books with good content in them. Many fests for students are also arranged by various departments of the students so the students are familiar with their college. Recently like we had an IT fest which is set to be an amazing experience for the student, also we had a fest organised by the commerce students in which other college students were also allowed a pass system. There are many clubs made for the convenience of the students which you can go though on the mcm dav college website.
Admission
To get admission to BCA the process is centerlised i.e you have to apply for admission on the Department of higher education website within the given period of time after the last date scrutiny of students is done and at last you are provided with the list in which your name is written with the college you have been allotted ( in the form you have to fill the 6 to 7 preferred colleges in which you want to take admission). There is no eligibility to get admission for this course anyone from any field can take admitted in bca.
