Course Curriculum Overview

4

I wanted to study the system of justice and society in detail and serve people by understanding their issues and helping them in getting justice. The faculty is superb, they are very helpful and polite, very supportive and well-qualified. The teaching methods are also nice, both practical and theoretical concepts are used. Term exams are not much difficult but yes hard work is required

Placement Experience

3.5

I have not yet passed out, I am currently in my third year of college. But as mentioned by our seniors, the average package is of 6-7 LPA. And placements are quite good. And a maximum number of students get placements in good companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike for every year, the fee remains the same till the completion of your course. They offer scholarships based on your academic performance and it can be continued for the remaining period by adhering to a few criteria like complete attendance, and no indiscipline acts. The fee is 1,50,000 and one may get upto 50% of the scholarship based on his academic excellence.

Campus Life

5

The social life is good, many fests are conducted along with sports events. Both cultural and sports activities are well organised on a regular basis. Catalyst, Umang etc are fest conducted. The library has a variety of readings and there are more than 4 libraries. Classrooms are well equipped with technology. Students run activities and pages on Instagram and also dance and drama clubs along with debate societies are there

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostel is good, food has a variety but taste is not upto the mark, hostel is worth the money other than taste of food. The college along with admission process registers you with the hostel if you wish to live in the same

Admission

My per cent in 12th standard was acknowledged and then I appeared in the interview for the admission. You are eligible to take admission after your 12th. The College website and enquiry forms are open to all for any information and process. Reservation to EWS category and not other. The admission process is well structured and need not add any changes to it.

Other Applied Colleges

Placement Experience:

Students are given internship opportunities right from the first year. As I'm already on the verge of graduating in the next two months, I've seen the faculty and management put more attention to the Training and Placement Cell. Big companies like Deloitte, HCL and Austrian Migration Lawyers like Loch Corporate have taken interns from the law school at DME. This being said, I have high hopes from the Placements as well. I plan on working in the corporate and later this year appearing in Clat PG for the masters.

Pre-placement starts from the 4th year, and post-placement also happens as those who remain to get any placements are also assisted. Law jobs are always less so the percentage of students getting jobs is also quite low, as the batch size is 80+

Placement Experience:

Campus placements at the college are quite decent and provides students with a good platform to start their career students usually becomes eligible for placement in their final year but the college starts focusing on internship and skill development on early semester itself. This helps students gain practical exposure and build a strong cv before they sit for final placement. Usually hardworking and eligible students who focuses from the begining get placements through college after completing my degree my plan to gain practical experience by working in a corporate legal role or with a law firm to build strong skills and industry exposure the placement percentage at the college is moderate with a fair number of students getting placed each year
