I was really passionate about Geography, the building of various structures, the Environment and other factors that made me take this course. KPRIET is doing extraordinary in terms of improving the quality of education & college life of students as per NEP 2020. We have two sections for my batch 2021-25. Our class strength is 65 and we have four mentors who personally guide approx 16 students. The teaching method is quite good. We have various laboratories and one of the exceptional labs is the EXPERIENCE ENGINEERING laboratory which is the first of its kind in The Entire Nation. Our institution is an autonomous institution and it is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. Semester exams are easy to pass if we prepare well & understand the concept. So, currently, I have completed my 4th-semester examination.

Our placement coordinator helps us to the best internships of our interest like Field jobs, Design jobs & IT jobs. I & along with my six other batchmates got internship inside our campus itself for the construction of New KPRCAS building. It was an eye opening experience for me as I was able to experience the real world applications of the concepts we studied in our classrooms. I got a clear idea of my interest inn design jobs in Civil Engineering. Apart from this, Our Institute provides us with various online courses from reputed edutech platforms like L&T, Coursera, Nasscom and matlab. We get to learn our core subjects from L&T every semester which is really beneficial to get deeper understanding of the subjects.

The course fee is 90000 per annum for our batch. There are scholarships available for the government school students , sports students and reserved categories -I guess. Few of my classmates are studying by getting loan. We have to pay the fee all at once - during the starting of the academic year. Our placement coordinator helps us to get internships in the domain of our interest like Field works, IT works at desired location. Some of my seniors have got job offers in the ending of their third year itself. It's all about the skill , knowledge and character that helps to crack any interviews. Some our seniors got placed in foreign nations like UAE- dubai, Singapore.

KPRIET has got one of the best infrastructures in Tamil Nadu. The campus life is just amazing with lots of cultural activities & technical events every month. Sangamam is a cultural club house while Ignitron is a technical clubhouse both consisting of about 11-15 clubs involved in it. The campus is located in Arasur and is surrounded by varieties of lush green trees. Fiesta is an annual Fest which is organized during Feb/March and students from our institutions and celebrities are invited. KPRIET Library is my favourite place to be during my free hours. We can take the books & renew them. Classrooms are furnished with comfortable benches & chairs. Sports life is also great. The best thing I love about KPRIET is that our mentors encourage our students to take part in extracurricular activities of our interest. Co-curricular activities are already inculcated in our syllabus. We have countless of communities, clubs like NCC,, NSS, YRC, IEEE, ABC chunks(coffee club),department associations

I had 186 cut off out of 200. I joined the college through TNEA counselling and I applied for a B.E Civil Engineering degree. The admission process was pretty simple for me. We had a counselling kind of session with our course mentors and paid for the sem year and got admitted inside the college.
