I selected B.com (Bachelor of Commerce) course as it's my dream to work in a public bank sector. The faculty is so nice but the disadvantage is that the teachers are so rapidly changed. In two years, my two fav teachers are changed. So this is the main disadvantage. Student strength is 70 in first year and 65 in second year. Qualifications of the teachers are MBA, Doctorate and other professional degrees. There is no special teaching method. All teachers are forced to complete syllabus before time and approach for the MSTs for the student's revision. Yeah, it's right that there is no stress in college about studies. But yes it's a bitter truth that we have to do study ourselves as no one keep focus in our performance like teachers in schools till 10th. Yes who are belongs to the middle class family can approach to GNGC college. Term exams of odd semesters are held in December /January and the even semester exams in May/June. It's quite easy to clear if you study smartly .

The total fee structure of B.com course is 1,02,000. First year fees is 30,000 , second year fees is 34,000 and third year fees is 38,000. Yeah many government scholarships are lauched but i get very late and i have not much documents so my scholarship are not applied. But i get a small scholarship of 3K every year only from Senior Citizens Scholarship. There is no financial assistance from the college side and I didn't get any job from college too.

Annual function are celebrate as fashion fest or fashion flora in every march and many functions are held such as Teej, Convocation function, Alumni meet, Youth fest etc. The books of the course available from the library for 15 days. And after 15 days, the book has to re issued if in case you needed it. But books are not availed at the time of exams. Amenities are also average not so highly attractive and not so less attractive. It's average. I can't say about sports as I'm not a part of sports team and not interested too in sports. There are many extra curriculum activities held in college which entertain students. Admission process in GNGC is much easier as there is no special criteria . As you know it's private and a average college in Punjab. Any one can get easily admission in this college. As after result of 12th exams, anyone can get a prospectus from the college and pay some amount of approx 500 with the form attached to that prospectus from the front desk of administration block. The dates are changed according to the different sessions. As about the reservation benefits , I belongs to the General category so I can't say about the reservation benefits but i heard that many people get scholarships and other benefits. And about the improvements, yeah, it's much more easier for me to take admission for second year as I know about the teachers and the teachers are too supportive and frank to us. There is no attitude in teachers. And there is no special criteria for admission.
