College with good values

i wish that the campus was a little big and spacious, there are no proper canteen facilities in terms of food. college should organize frequent industrial visits so that we could really understand the proper knowledge behind engineering.

i wrote common entrance test(cet). i wanted to take up some course related to automation and robotics so i just found out that this college had a branch called mechatronics, since i liked the campus and atmosphere so i wanted to join this. there was no interview process because i was eligible for the course by cet ranking. as we are in the generation where everything is getting automated and i have interest in studying robotics which make everything easier so i choose this course.

the course which i took up is very interesting and it is also challenging because robotics is growing immensely in our day to day life so there is much to be learnt about this course. practical learning in our college is good, whatever we study in class we get to implement that knowledge practically in labs. as of now we attended small workshop related to robotics and automation. there are ten branches in our college some of them are ece, eee, ise, cse, mte, bte, ctm etc.

no the college doesn't provide any internship, we ourselves we need to search for the internships only the permission is provided by the college to do the same.i did not attend any internships as of now but i am planning to attend in 7th and 8th semester.i have not received any stipend amount.

i don't know much about it since i am still in the 5th semester, as per the news from seniors i heard it was OK, about 40-50% of the students get placed, amazon,ebay,makemytrip,shipping , infosys etc; the average package through placements in our college is 3.5lakhs.

recently there was a technical fest conducted by our department itself which included project expo,quiz,painting etc;

since i got the admission through common entrance test(cet) the fee structure was affordable and it was comfortable to pay the fee of the college. there was no extra charges that i had to pay for example (labs, workshop, guest lecture etc) every thing was include in the main fee structure. as i entered the college through common entrance test the fee structure was 45,000 and the college fee was 12,000 every year.

college doesn't provide any scholarship of their own, but they allow other organizations to provide the same and keep us well informed and full support to claim the scholarship.

the college also gives an opportunity for the students to take part in sports, cultural events, technical events etc; i am currently taking part in college hockey team we have won VTU inter college championship in the year 2016.

i am not staying in the hostel. so i do not know much about it.

no such platforms are given to interact with the alumni of the college. but the almuni whenever a major Function or fest takes place and the achievers are honored.

hardly there was only two internals and semester exams it was not that stressful. there are two subjects per day in the internals and one exam per day for semesters.

the faculties are well qualified and have enough knowledge about subjects of their respective subjects and provide an outstanding education in mechatronics engineering with a rich diversity of skills, to contribute to the community, prosperity through professional services and research. they are very interactive in terms of conveying the knowledge to students. the standard of teaching in very good.
