Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this Course because computer science is my favorite field of interest. The faculty here is very helpful and if you stay connected with the faculty then you can avail many opportunities. All Faculty members are Ph.D. holders and their teaching method is amazing, they provide notes and various tips and tricks to learn difficult things. If we talk about exams they are like Three Assignments Two Class Tests (CT) and then Pre-University Assignments of 10 marks, CT of 15/20 marks, and PU 100 marks. They are easy to crack if you have followed the instructions of the faculty in the class.
Internships Opportunities
You can check the institute website for more information www.psit.ac.in. Flipkart Amazon and Many more companies give internships in 3rd semester only. You just need skills to avail all their internships. The stipend is around 50000 to 1 lakh. There should be 2 minor and 1 major project in your resume.
Placement Experience
From the 5th Semester Students are eligible for Placements on campus. There are more than 200 companies visiting the college campus with more than 3500 offers. The highest package here was 50Lkhs per annum 2023 batch and the average package is around 6.5 lakhs. Their placements are highest here and the percentage is 100%. This college is best for placements in North India and the college's main focus is on Traning Programs which help students in developing their skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee of this college is 18300 with 36000 extra for the bus facility. The fees are quite high but if you avail of Scholarships that are provided by the college then they can reduce to some extent. There are many scholarships provided by our college and they give a good amount of off in fees. If you are not able to get a scholarship and apply for a job and get a stipend up to 1 lakh by amazon flipkart accenture etc. If you avail the job with a stipend then you are free from all classes and can take leave from college to do our work college.
Campus Life
There are many annual fests organized by the college are IGNESIA, Freshers, Techno Fair, and Many More. They are conducted from February to March and they are just amazing. The decorum of the library is very peaceful and all books are available there including computers with internet facilities. If we talk about sports events they include football matches, Kho-Kho, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, etc. They are many clubs running in the college which also organizes invents and they all are run by students.
Admission
There are two ways to enter this college- JEE Mains and Institute Entrance Test. The Entrance Paper comprises logical and reasoning questions with a total of 60 marks and you have to score more than 35 for taking admission to the CS branch with Core, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, etc. You can visit the college website for all details and you can give the entrance exam online and offline both, there are no such application fees, you just need to submit the amount of Rs.25000 to book your seat after you clear your test.
