Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course after seeing the demand for AI in the current scenario. My class strength is 77 students and we have different faculties appointed for all 6 subjects and all are extremely qualified. The teaching method includes ppt, soft copy notes, and also regular lab classes to implement the theory in the practical world. 2 mid sem exams are conducted along with a 3rd one if someone fails to give the first 2 mid sem exams and then there are practical and proficiency exams which leads to our end sem examination. Usually, it's easy to pass exams if you attend the class regularly and attend the doubt sessions arranged by the teachers.

Class Size: 77Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

Students get internship opportunities from 2nd year and placement opportunities from 3rd year onwards. The major recruiter is Accenture and Infosys. The highest off-campus placement was 1cr while on-campus was 25lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is improving every year. My plans will be to explore the data science field more and also areas of ML and AI.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure differs from branch to branch. My branch fee was 1,20,000 for a year and I have been recently selected for the Pragati scholarship scheme, so I'll be getting the amount in my account soon.

Campus Life

There are several books and journals available in the library also an e-library facility is started. There are several clubs in the college from nss, NCC, girl grievance cell, speaker club, dance, music, electrical, literacy club etc. Sports and extracurricular culture is very good here and it's not extremely academic-focused.

Admission

In order to take admission to MITS Gwalior, you need to give your jee mains exams and secure a decent percentile for the CSE branch. Once your exam results are out you can fill out forms for MP DTE counseling and from there onwards further processing starts. The admission procedure is very smooth and there are servals kinds of scholarships and schemes provided to students of different categories and minorities. Some teachers are extremely good and qualified while some don't bother teaching.

after the completion of third year students become eligible for campus placements companies which visit are infosys cisco tata amazon and many more highest package for 2024 was 52 lpa and the average package is 11 LPA 60-70% students gget placed after my degree i plan to get a solid 9-5 job earning a decent living of my life and serving my parents

We have domains and certain denomination in placements like 6 figure denomination for top performing students as they get placements in excess of 10 lakhs. Average as of last year median is around 7 lakhs for electrical branch students.

Placement Experience:

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Journey to success with MITS Gwalior

I give JEE Mains exam. After than I sat for MP DTE councilling where I filled choices for SGSTIS Indore ,DAVV Indore ,MITS Gwalior, JEC jabalpur. In SGSTIS and DAVV I can only go with lowest branch so I op MITS Gwalior where I get seat in Information technology specialization in Internet of Things IoT. Yes I prefer students to come this college, as its core branches are very good in studies as well as placement wise. I have applied for many government colleges via MPDTE counselling after giving JEE MAINS EXAM and from counselling I got this college and taken admission in this college.I have also applied in some private colleges of MP but when I got government college so I preferred to study in government college over private college. A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

I choose this college because it has strong reputation since 1947 and good placement with affordable fee compared to other option I applied for. I also considered a few private colleges but preferred this one as the admission is true J based counseling with clear eligibility and cut off rank.
