A great learning experience

My overall experience has been good. The toastmasters program has helped me a lot in my public speaking and there are many guest lectures taking place time to time which acts as a constant motivation.

In order to get a seat in the BBA program i had to write an entrance test called JET. In this test the questions will be of multiple choice. Following this, there was also a Group Discussion round. After getting selected in the first two rounds, the shortlisted students require to attend an interview session where the final selections would be made.

The course i chose was pretty good. There is equal focus on both theoretical and practical learning. I have just completed a semester here and as for now i haven't seen any research initiatives taken by the college. There is elective options in the third year where one can opt between marketing, finance, HR,etc.

The college offers internship program for all the 3 years of the course. It is mandatory for every student to either be a part of the fest team or internship. Most of the companies don't pay, especially to the first year students. But there are some companies that paid 5k-10k per month.

The major companies that have visited the college are Deloitte, Amazon and HP. From what i have heard about 50% of the students get placed and the rest go for higher studies.

The fee structure is way too high. It is almost double from what other colleges charge. It costs 1.85 lakhs which i feel is not worth it.

Majority of the teachers are very well qualified. They have very good experience and have been working as the college faculty from 5-10 years. It shows how well appreciated their teaching methods are.
