Likes

Now the college is NAAC accreditated with B++ which gives value for our certificate.
There is a well equipped girls hostel with good food and accommodation. Also college have easy transportation facilities.
Also have a clean and vast laboratories with all facilities.

Dislikes

The campus placement opportunities is literally less.
College provides no hostel facilities for boys.
There is no football ground as well as cricket ground.

I love to study biology hence I opted for microbiology for my UG course. Also in this pandemic era, microbiology has better scope. We have experienced faculty. Every student has a specific mentor to guide them. Internal exams are done strictly before the semester exams. Students should pass the exam to get sufficient internal marks.

Class Size: 38Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee structure is very affordable compared to other self-financing colleges. The semester fee is not more than 20000. Also, the college provides many scholarships. But the campus placement is literally less.

Campus Life

Campus life provides us with better knowledge and marks, and students can enjoy their college life. Our college has a good basketball court and gym, yoga hall, and other indoor game facilities. There are many clubs related to each and every course. Also, the college has received many achievements at the University level Kalolsavam.

Admission

The admission process is centralized provision because the college is affiliated with Kannur University. The students probably above 88% will have a chance to get a merit seat and students below the mentioned percentage probably can opt for management seats. Reservation is allowed for SC/ST.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Chemistry is one of the main subject in whole science and it contains practical along with theory.I preffered this subject because I don't really into bookish learning.It offers skilled learning also.Exam timing was relevant for a paper 2.30 hours and 60 marks for main subject and 80 mark for language.

From 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Our college has the best placement cell in kerala. Around 30% students are placed each year in our college. Companies like federal bank, infopark invites students from our college for their interviews. The degree mark is not considered, all we have to is just pass the subject and obey the rules of the placement cell.

I choose this course because it is rare and it have high potential in national as well international level. But in this college they don't have enough facilities to teach so it won't prepare a student for real-world application.
