Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I want to pursue MBA in the future. The facilities are well experts in their field and they all are helping and teach understandably. Most of the facilities have done Ph.D. So as the new semester starts, after 2-3 months we have our mid-semester exam of marks 10-15 (the faculty decides the max marks) and mostly the questions are from what the teacher has taught previously but some faculties may give very difficult and tricky questions and, commonly, you score fewer marks than you have expected. After mid sem, they conduct final sem exams at the end.
Internships Opportunities
So at the end of the first year, i.e. the break before the 2nd year starts, we have been given to make a file on an organization's financial status for which students have been assigned guides/faculties. I have heard from my friends that their guide is very helpful and clear.
Placement Experience
I am a student who has just completed her 1st year so I have no idea about the placement. But I have heard that they offer good placements and a few big companies also visit them during the placement process. And I have heard that the teachers also help you groom your personality and interview skills before the placement process starts.
Fees and Financial Aid
Initially, I thought that the fees is a bit high but then when compared to other colleges I realized that it's worth it because of all the other facilities that it provides. The students who have scored 90%+ in their 12th get the benefit of a scholarship.
Campus Life
So each block was supposed to have its own freshers. But after a few months, University Freshers' party was conducted. Otherwise, many fests are conducted including Diwali Mela and fests like book fairs, etc. The classrooms are clean and wide and have AC in them.
Admission
As I had a percentage above 85% in my 12th grade I had a direct admission. The eligibility of the course was that you must have this specific percentage and you must have English as your subject. The stream could be Science, Commerce, or Arts. I didn't have any Reservation benefits. The admission process could have been more clear as we got confused about whether we just wanted to fill out the online form or go visit the campus.
