Banaras Hindu University is situated in Ajagara,Varanasi,Uttar pradesh.

The overall performance of university is good,with well experienced faculties,focus on interactive learning,hands on activity,practical learning etc. ,the environment of Varanasi is also good,however the placement cell should focus more on placements,so that students could get placed easily in the upcoming years.the university is of national level importance ,interactive studies are promoted for students.

I wrote the entrance exam organised by Banaras hindu university,total 30,000 students appeared that year for the entrance and there is total 230 seats in B.com cutoff was around 270 marks,when i was selected in the first round,than merit list is prepared i was called for a formal interview and then i completed the admission procedure.I am interested in commerce so i took up the course as i want to make career in this field...

The course curriculum is good,the faculties are very interactive ,they always focus on practical learning most of the classroom learning is basically interactive learning ,students are always encouraged so that they could learn the subjects properly and can face the real world problems '

Internship opportunities are not provided by college.Companies does not visits the university campus for providing the internships,students have to search internships on their own,students have to push themselves for finding internships,it's pretty hard to get internships on campus.

Placement scenario is also good,approx 5-8 companies including some banks visits every year in university campus for recruiting the students.The average package provided to students in B.com course is 3 lac also the highest package goes up to 6 lakh but the placement scenario could be more good,but the management have to work in proper direction.

University is having it's own fest also cultural fests are organised time to time.

the fee structure for the students is very much affordable.Students pay 2,000 rupees per year as their fees.It is the total amount of fees that we are paying,as it is a central government's university.The fees paid are worth as the faculties are well experienced,management is co-operative etc.

Yes the college provides the loan and scholarships as per the central government and state government norms...

Faculties are well experienced,they are having an experience between 5 years to 20 years ,many of them are also having experience of more than 20 years,all of them are having masters degree and also many of the faculties are also having P.h.d degrees,approx all of them are interactive so classroom teaching is basically based upon interactive learning...
