Review of a rural collage-GITAM

I choose this course id love to use computer and i was excited to explore the world of computer.In a class there are about 60 students,where a lecturer comes to teach .All the facultys are of high grade with qualification having phd .The teaching method is excellent and facultys are strict and student friendly. The term exams kept after the completion of semester and the timing of exam is 3hours of each subject .The exam is difficult where you get a questions which are in depth of topic.

There are no internship offered in the collage .one must apply through online.They create some watsapp groups where we get internships and we apply for that . I have completed a internship in data science where i got 3 projects to completed in a period of 1month.I Have successfully completed but there was no stipend .

Im still studying and im not into placements.But in this collage the placements are during your final year .There are lot of companies visited here for example:volvo, accenture, bosch, tcs,byjuys etc.The lowest pakage of 3.5lakhs and highest is around 15lakhs per annum.The percentage of eligible studdnt is above 75per.Only 150-250 students are placed in the strength of 2k students.My plans after getting a degree is getting a job.Later on adding some side income through business .

As i told i got a seat from writting a enterance exam called kcet.The fees was 92573 for annum.As some does have money to pay total fees thy can pay sem wise.But if u fail to pay the sem wise fees,every month there is 2000 ruppee of intrested collected by them which is added to sem fees. If a student get a backlog in a subject one must pay a sum of 6000 for each subject .In the collage there is no scholarship provided.Hence we apply for the government scholarship.Im still studying ,so im not working yet .

The annual fest is conducted very rarely .i mean there is no fest in this collage .i have been studying here for 3 years but there was only one fest for long 3 years.There is a library in collage where you get lot number of books to study and refer.The extra curricular activities are conducted rarely once a year,where the management is not proper.Have ncc,art and culture,music and dance,and some competetions in collage . There is art club,music club,sports club,dance culb etc. The club run by the students are many but one of them is kalakrithi.

I wrote an entrance exam called k-cet.The eligibility for writting kcet is passing 12th and should be the residence of karnataka. Application is opened every year after your class 12th exam.The application is 300+. If one is of reservation category ,can get a seat for low ranks also.after you get a rank in cet exam .the counselling part is yet to happen where you choose your prefered collage ..based on cut off and your category and rank,you will be alloted a collage .after you get a collage ,one go by paying the 60per fees to kcet department and 30per to collage .later after a year the whole year fee is collected by collage.
