I choose the course because my long-term goal is to work in the IT field and also I was interested in coding languages and creating a website so I choose to study computer science. FACULTIES : The faculties are very friendly with students in teaching, and very kind staff, there is more than 10 staff in the Department of computer science, and all the staff are well experienced, with more than 10 to 15 years of experienced staff all the staffs are qualified in M.PHIL, some of the staff are qualified in M.PHIL in (CS) and M.PHIL in (physics), PhD (CS). Staffs are with kind personalities in teaching, all the staff has their own different styles in teaching, easy teaching methodology and also staff provide their own made ppt for easy understanding. exams are conducted for six months once as a madras university semester, and also the department conducts the internal and assessments tests .helps to pass easily in semesters.

academic projects: in my first year I have done a project on BIOMETRIC AUTHENTICATION OF TECHNOLOGY, and the outcome is very good and successful. companies offered internships for 6 months with a stipend for each month which has been useful for long-term projects as training.

From the 4th semester itself, students can attend campus interviews and internships. top companies like TCS, COGNIZANT, SUTHERLAND .visited to campus more than 50% of students get offers. the highest pay is 6 to 8 lakhs per annum offered by the companies based on performance. 50% to 60% of students get offers. I have been selected for the campus interview in Sutherland covid I can't able to join the company, and after that, I joined ABC SOLUTIONS .after that I planned to do a course in CRM development in cloud computing.

fees like around 30000 to 35000 per year, fees should be paid to be on before semester exams . students can get the SC scholarship amount and the physically disabled students will get the scholarship carrier guidances and placement cell was provided to the students, placements are very good few top recruiting companies are visits our college for recruitment .around 50% of students got placed in our course. the highest salary package ofered was 5 LPA.IBM and many other companies recruit students from our college .companies like TCS, WIPRO, SUTHERLAND, COGNIZANT, and DELOITTE, will hire the students for internships.

ANNUAL FEST: in our department, they conduct CYBER FEST every March or February it is an inter-college competition so many students will participate in the events which our department has organised. TECH FEST: our department conducts ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, MACHINE LEARNING & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, GUEST LECTURE.

ELIGIBILITY: Need to be 12th pass in the science stream, with a score between 50% to 60% from the recognized board. science including physics, chemistry, and maths ought to be the stream. ADMISSION PROCESS: The admission process is offline, the application fee is 200rs and it involves filling out the application form with all the certain documents with declaration and being interviewed by the HOD of the particular department, to discuss the fees, about the class, timings, curricular activities, and about some college rules and regulations etc.
