Good experience in GNIT

Apart from infrastructure , everything is OK . That infrastructure should be replaced with new one . College will be like chill culture. No ragging . Less fests celebrated .my experience with this College is good going.

The entrance exam to get a admission into my college was EAMCET. I wrote EAMCET and i got 20,000 rank. I took ECE because of my rank. There was no interview process. Also i came to know from my references that my college gives its best to encourage the talent of students in various fields. So i choose GNIT in my counselling.

The course curriculum is same as any other EAMCET college as my college is also an EAMCET college. The course syllabus is covered in time. The courses mainly focus on getting a job. There are no research initiatives. We rarely get a chance to learn the additional subjects. There is not much importance given for practical learning. The only source of practical learning is labs and their maintenance is good.

Yes we had the internship opportunities in our college . This experience was good . Many of our seniors got the opportunity and they were placed in good companies . There was internship program included in the course curriculum. Such a better curriculum we had in our college . The average stipend our seniors got is 7,000 and even many got unpaid internships also.

We had the good placements shell in our college , it takes much care on us by teaching soft skills ect. The top companies visited our college are IBM , reliance , TCS , Wipro , coa- cola , Accenture , tech Mahendra , ITC ect...our last batch has the highest salary package of 9 Laks per annum and average package of 3 Laks per annum . Almost 60% of students get placed every year during placements.

The fee structure for my college is low and it basically depends on your rank and the fee concession given. My parents find it affordable because the fee concession is given on the basis of income of parents.I pay 60,000 per annum as tuition fee and 55,000 extra towards hostel and mess fee.

Yes , there are scholarships. These scholarships are of two types one is financial status scholarship and one is college merit scholarship which is given by college . I'm getting scholarship on financial status because my father income is below 2laks . I'm getting 40% scholarship. There are no loans in our college .

The hostel are separate for boys and girls. There are only double and triple occupancy rooms only. The rooms are big and good. The hostel food was okay. There was no proper facilities at the mess. The mess used to be always crowed. PG's are also available. Most of the times all the students live in the hostels only. As they are located inside the campus there is no need to worry about the security.

The exams are a little hectic and we need to work hard for it. There are 2 semesters and after every semester there are semester holidays. The labs are taken very frequently and there are marks for the submission of lab record.Internal lab exams are conducted twice in a semester. Assignments and project works are also given weight age in calculation of marks.

The faculty of my college are best faculty in the Hyderabad. They teach well and the standards of teaching are good .They always strive for the all round development of the students. we can ask them any doubt and they are ready to explain them at any tie of the day.
