One of the best college in visakhapatnam

Good Remarks: Experienced faculty, Good infrastructure and labs, Excellent support for Sports, Training for aptitude and interpersonal skills. Bad remarks: Not much importance for academic scores, Too many exams and tests. Overall, I had a good experience and relation with classmates and made a lot of friends.

Through Ecet I was joined and don't face any interview. basically, i am mechanical engineering in diploma. From friends and family, I have heard that this college has produced good students in Mechanical engineering. So, I have decided to join the college.

Hence, I took up an internship (industrial training for six months in jeypore suger's chagallu). I have learnt and gained hands on experience at the venue. I received a stipend of 3000 rs per month

We had technical and cultural fests each year that was organised in the college itself. The fest lasted for 2 days. We had technical presentations, Mock Gate exam and robotics were the show stopper for our college. We had a large area where we organised the fest. So, we had about 4000 students gathering the venue for the 2 days. Our colleges took various steps and organised student leaders to manage the events.

We had a good fee and it is affordable around 70000 . We had to pay for food at the canteens. Transportation was a bit high 13000 for year. Overall, very much manageable for a middle class guy.

No, our college didnt provide any scholarship to the poor financial background students. I too didn't avail any scholarship from my college. Loans from bank were not granted for our college name.

We had a lot of extracurricular activities like singing, dance and events like holi , rangoli, etc. I got ample opportunity to explore my hidden talent where i was interested in cricket. The facilities were good, we had a huge cricket ground, basketball ground and an ample space for other sports.

We didnt have any conversations with our Alumni . They rarely visited the college and they didnt share their experience with us as they were busy with their certificate collection and all. The college also didn't support much of junior and Alumni interaction. So, our Alumnis didnt contribute to our overall development.

Yes, we had too many exams and practicals and it was very boring as we had to cover many topics in short span of time.

We had a well experienced staff and had a lot of interaction with them. Our lecturers had an industrial training experience rather than qualification. Hence they thought us logically instead of reading out the text books. We were given the freedom to express our doubts admidst any time during our college. Special emphasis was also laid during examinations.
