the placement is also good specially Cse and Cse allied branches like Ise Aiml, AiDS etc 1st-year students don't have much idea about Our department (ISE) the average package of our department is 10-12 lakh per annum . The class consists of 60 students and all faculty are very good and polite in nature there is no much research environment but there will regularly hackethon going which will improve coding skills . Not all teachers are good at teaching but most of them are phd holder .There will be 3 internals exam taken in which best of two is taken and sem end exam and projects and lab all these things carry marks and used to calculate cgpa

As I am a 1st-year student so don't much more about internship but the college has signed MOU with Hp, Volvo, Tcs, Benz, And Mercedes and there is new. As the college is located in Bangalore u can go out of the campus and search for an internship as there is great start-up culture.

As I am a 1st-year student don't know much about placement. Generally in our college from 3rd year students become eligible for placement and internship. 350 plus companies visited our college of which 250 companies offer above 6 lpa salary the highest package was 43 lpa and the median is 8.24 lapa. 80% of students got placed in good companies. My plans after my degree are to grab a good package and pay the loan amount back and go for a master's aboard.

The fees through comedk are 2lakh 21 thousand but for kcet it is 93k there is no fees hike policy till now. The comedk fees are very high for middle-class people so they have to go for education loans. if the family income is below 8lakh and the student's category is obc, sc, st they will get a scholarship (nsp , ssp). The loan amount can be paid by the student by studying well and being active in coding clubs and other clubs and developing skills he can grab a good package and he can pay back the loan very easily. As it is Banglore student can search for jobs or internship other than college provides as there is more startup and good companies there they can provide a good amount based on your skill which helps financially.

The annual fest is utsav generally take place in middle of May month and Technical fest named phase shift will take place in November. There is one full floor assigned for the library but there will be shortage of books as there are more number students but less number of copies of book that is the problem and the library is small compared to the number of students studying. The classroom is well-maintained hygiene with all facilities of projectors and switches and the labs are also very good and there a decent number of systems in the lab. Bmsce is also famous for its extracurricular activities and sports culture and we have too many clubs based on student interests like coding, journalism, maths, entrepreneurship, Robotics, Nss, Ncc, Rotaract etc. Almost all clubs are very active there will be regular events goings by respective clubs.

I am currently 1st year ISE student I got into Bmsce by qualifying comedk exam. I am from north Karnataka so I got the benefit of (HKR) as there are separate seats and the cut-off goes low you can get good college at a decent rank bcz of this reservation. HKR reservation benefits are given to Bidar, Gulbarga, Raichur, Bellary, and Koppal only, Students must Study for 9 years in these mentioned districts to avail of reservations. The cutoff for ISE in Bmsce was around 9k in 2022 in hkr quota. While admission they charged around 13k extra fees for University fees. The admission process was very easy no complications and it finished within 1 hr. If the student is from Karnataka and falls in obc category student can apply for nsp and ssp scholarships according to their family income.
