Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course (CSE) because placement for this course is very high, approx 98% of students got placed with very satisfying packages. The faculty-student ratio can be considered 1:9. The faculty is very highly educated, there is no chance to raise a finger against the faculty. Teaching is very conceptual and practical based. After every semester there are exams and exams are moderate to a little bit high but the student who had worked hard for the whole semester can score a high cgpa.
Internships Opportunities
Humming Wave Technology, Nuclei, Aditya Birla Group, NIIT, Global Logic, and a few more companies offered internships from different parts of the country. For CSE branches the internship is mostly online based but for other branches internship is offline.
Placement Experience
After the 4th year that is 8th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit and offer more, Big companies like Flipkart and Microsoft also had visited and take students for jobs. The highest package was 45 lakh per annum and the average package is 7 lakh per annum. For the CSE branch, 98% of students get placed and for other branches, it varies from 90 to 95%.
Fees and Financial Aid
BTech one yaer fees for hostler is Rs 115600 and for non hostler is Rs 91300. Mess fees for one year can be considered approx Rs 40000. Hence the total fee for a hostler is Rs 155600. The total 4-year BTech course costs Rs 622400.
Campus Life
The annual fest that was held in 2022-23 was Abhyudya. A variety of books are available in the library and the library is very big, it is open till office hours. The classroom environment is very cool and airy, benches are very comfortable to sit on. Sports and extracurricular activities are also at the hike and students get good opportunities in this field also.
Admission
100% of seats of the total intake are filled on the basis of merit rank obtained by candidates in JEE Mains who have appeared from Uttar Pradesh or candidates whose parents are domiciled in Uttar Pradesh. 10% of supernumerary seats are filled on the basis of merit rank obtained by candidates in JEE Mains from any Indian state other than Uttar Pradesh. Candidate must have 65% in 12th boards for unreserved category and 55% in 12th boards for reserved category (sc/st/pwd).
